Fathom records, transcribes, and summarises meetings across Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex, delivering AI-generated notes and action items within approximately 30 seconds of a meeting ending. After connecting a calendar (approximately 5 minutes of setup), the bot automatically joins scheduled meetings, transcribes, and delivers structured summaries with no per-meeting action required. The platform serves individual professionals, revenue teams, and enterprise organizations that need meeting intelligence without manual note-taking, and reports over $25 million in ARR as of 2026.
