Agentic capabilities: ChatGPT Agent (formerly Operator) is a web browsing agent that completes multi-step tasks autonomously, including form submission, bookings, research, and shopping, without human approval of each step. Tasks runs background workflows asynchronously between sessions. Deep Research executes autonomous 5-30 minute research across hundreds of web sources to produce cited, comprehensive reports.
