AI Workflows automate lead routing, tagging, and next-step campaign triggers without manual setup. Integration depth is outbound-execution focused with CRM sync available. Instantly connects to HubSpot and Salesforce for contact sync and activity logging. Webhook and API access enable custom integrations on Hypergrowth plans ($97/month) and above. The Instantly MCP Server (launched February 2026) connects Claude and other AI assistants directly to the cold email platform, enabling natural language campaign analysis, lead management, and sequence creation programmatically. Current state Q3 2026: Instantly.ai holds SOC 2 Type II certification and GDPR compliance confirmed in a prior audit; the trust page at trust.instantly.ai is currently unavailable and /security returns 404, so re-verification was not possible this cycle.
