Axiom.ai is a no-code browser automation and web-scraping Chrome extension that lets users automate website actions, data entry, web scraping, and spreadsheet workflows without writing code. A visual recorder captures browser actions and replays them as scheduled cloud bots. Axiom is positioned as browser automation for humans and AI: LLM steps can pass data to and from models including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, and Sonar inside an automation, so AI-powered decisions run within browser workflows without a separate orchestration layer. Newer building modes let you describe an automation and have AI assemble it, and an Axiom skill for Claude Code lets you generate a workflow in Claude and import it. Integrations include Zapier, Make, webhooks, and a public API. Two execution modes are available: desktop (unlimited concurrency, runs locally in the Chrome extension) and cloud (managed Axiom servers, on all paid plans). A pro-code beta and a Code Dashboard give technical users code-level control alongside the no-code builder. Axiom is browser-only: it does not automate desktop applications, file-system tasks, or non-browser systems that broader RPA tools handle, and it has no native team features for shared bot libraries or organization-wide management. Pricing verified live on axiom.ai/pricing in July 2026, in USD, monthly with no annual option. Free includes 2 hours of monthly runtime with no credit card and a 30-minute single-run cap. Starter at $15 per month adds 5 hours of runtime, desktop unlimited concurrency, 1 cloud bot, and a 1-hour cloud single-run limit. Pro at $50 per month adds 30 hours of runtime, scheduling, Zapier and Make, webhooks and API, and a 3-hour cloud single-run limit. Pro Max at $150 per month adds 100 hours of runtime. Ultimate at $250 per month adds 250 hours and up to 20 concurrent cloud bots. Cloud concurrency is the main gate: Starter and Pro each include only 1 cloud bot, so parallel cloud execution requires Pro Max or Ultimate. Axiom is not the right fit for teams needing desktop-application automation, document processing, or cross-system orchestration beyond the browser, where UiPath and Automation Anywhere fit better. On privacy, Axiom states it does not store, share, or use bot-run data to train AI or machine-learning models, and it operates as a GDPR data processor. It has no confirmed SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 certification, and there is no formal trust or security page. Current state Q3 2026: Axiom now positions as browser automation for humans and AI, adding an AI build-by-description mode and an Axiom skill for Claude Code alongside the existing LLM step. Pricing tiers were renamed to Starter, Pro, Pro Max, and Ultimate at unchanged price points. No MCP server has been announced, and the Claude Code integration ships as a skill rather than an MCP endpoint. The former G2 product profile is no longer active, so independent third-party review signal remains limited; Browse AI and Skyvern are active browser-automation alternatives with current G2 presence.

Pros & Limitations

Editorial assessment

Pros

  • Chrome extension simplicity is genuinely differentiated: installable in minutes versus enterprise RPA platforms like UiPath and Automation Anywhere that require dedicated implementation, giving individuals and small teams no-code access to browser automation.
  • AI integration steps support models including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, and Sonar within automations, keeping AI-powered decisions inside browser workflows without a separate orchestration layer. Newer modes let AI assemble a workflow from a description or generate one through an Axiom skill for Claude Code.
  • A free 2-hour monthly runtime tier with no credit card gives a genuine evaluation at real scale, lower friction than enterprise RPA alternatives that require sales-led trials or paid commitments before any automation can run.

Limitations

  • Browser-only scope limits non-browser use cases: Axiom is purpose-built for browser actions and provides no value for desktop-application automation, file-system tasks, or non-browser system automation that broader RPA tools like UiPath and Automation Anywhere handle.
  • Cloud bot concurrency is limited to 1 slot on Starter ($15/mo) and Pro ($50/mo): teams needing parallel cloud execution must upgrade to Pro Max ($150/mo) or Ultimate ($250/mo), increasing cost for production-scale parallel workloads.
  • The former G2 product profile is no longer active and no active Capterra profile was found, so teams relying on third-party review platforms will find limited independent signal for Axiom.ai compared with Browse AI and other browser-automation alternatives.
