Users capture browser actions through a point-and-click interface and Browse AI repeats them automatically, including sites behind a login, pagination and dynamic JavaScript-rendered pages. Browse AI states that its monitoring robots detect website changes and adapt automatically when a layout changes. Monitoring runs as often as every 5 minutes on paid plans and hourly on the free plan, and the plans include residential proxies and a captcha resolver for sites with bot detection. Browse AI reports more than 770,000 users.

Browse AI sends extracted data to Google Sheets, Airtable, Amazon S3, webhooks and a REST API, and connects to Zapier, Make and Pabbly Connect, which it says reach more than 7,000 apps. It is focused on data extraction and monitoring rather than on multi-step workflow logic or actions in other systems. Pricing is published in USD with a free plan and three paid tiers, and a toggle between annual and monthly billing that Browse AI says gives a 20% discount and all credits up front on annual plans. Free includes 50 credits a month, 2 websites and 3 users. Personal costs $19/month billed annually for 12,000 credits a year, or $38 for 24,000, and $48/month billed monthly for 2,000 credits a month, with 5 websites and 3 users. Professional costs $69/month billed annually for 60,000 credits a year, rising to $319 for 360,000, or from $87/month billed monthly for 5,000 credits a month, with 10 websites, 10 users and priority email support. Premium starts at $500/month billed annually for 600,000 or more credits a year and is a managed service arranged through a call, with managed onboarding, data transformations and a dedicated account manager. Each credit extracts 10 rows of data from a page or captures one screenshot, and Premium sites can cost more than one credit per task. Extracted data is kept for 90 days on the self-serve plans.

Browse AI is best for non-technical teams that need the same websites scraped or monitored on a schedule, with results sent to spreadsheets and apps without code. Teams that need multi-step workflow logic and actions across other systems should consider Zapier or Make.com, both of which Browse AI connects to, or the self-hostable n8n. Teams that need AI to click, fill in forms and take actions on websites rather than only extract data should consider Skyvern or Browser Use.

Browse AI's pricing page lists SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and CCPA, offers its SOC 2 report on request through its Trust Center, and describes TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit and role-based access control. Its privacy policy states that data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models and makes no broader statement about other data, so general model-training use is not disclosed.

Current state Q3 2026: Browse AI reports more than 770,000 users, and its Professional plan offers annual credit options up to 360,000 a year. SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and CCPA are listed on the pricing page. No MCP server had been announced as of September 2026.
