Adapt is a universal AI workflow agent positioned as the "AI Computer for Business" — a single intelligent layer that connects your entire tool stack and lets anyone on the team ask questions, automate workflows, schedule tasks, and build internal apps from Slack or a web app, without SQL, dashboards, or developer involvement. The interaction model is conversational and Slack-native: team members tag @Adapt in any channel with a plain English request, and Adapt retrieves live data from connected systems, routes the query to the best AI model for the task, and returns an answer or takes action within the thread. No tab switching. No tickets to the data team. Adapt supports six core capability areas: Connect (60-second OAuth integrations across CRM, data, finance, support, and dev tools), Automate (event-driven workflows and scheduled tasks that run in the background without human initiation), Query (natural language to SQL cross-system data analysis without dashboards), Collaborate (Slack-native full CRUD operations, action item extraction, and team notifications), Build (custom internal apps and dashboards from a conversation), and Operate (knowledge base, sandbox code execution, and background processing). Pricing is usage-based and transparent: a Starter tier is free with $10 credits for everyone and up to $300 in free credits for work domains. Pro plans run $100 to $5,000 per month with 1 credit equalling $0.01 of usage and up to 10% bonus credits. Enterprise is custom with a dedicated AI engineer and committed usage discounts. There are no seat minimums or wasted subscriptions -- the model scales with actual consumption. Confirmed integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Slack, Notion, Linear, BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Stripe, QuickBooks, Shopify, Zendesk, BambooHR, Greenhouse, and GitHub, plus any REST API via custom connection and inbound webhook support.
