Adapt

Adapt is a universal AI agent for work, now positioned as the integrated coworker that connects your entire tool stack. Anyone on the team can ask questions, automate workflows, schedule tasks, and build internal apps from Slack, the web app, or mobile, without SQL, dashboards, or developer involvement. The interaction model is conversational and Slack-native: team members tag @Adapt in any channel with a plain-English request, and Adapt retrieves live data from connected systems, routes the query to the best AI model for the task, and returns an answer or takes action in the thread. It also exposes a hosted MCP server, launched in early access in June 2026, so external agents and tools can connect to Adapt over the Model Context Protocol and inherit full company context instead of each person wiring up sources separately. Adapt covers six capability areas: Connect (60-second OAuth integrations across CRM, data, finance, support, and dev tools), Automate (event-driven and scheduled workflows that run in the background), Query (natural language to SQL cross-system analysis without dashboards), Collaborate (Slack-native full CRUD, action-item extraction, and notifications), Build (internal apps and dashboards from a conversation, deployed to a subdomain on adaptsandbox.com), and Operate (knowledge base, sandbox code execution, and background processing). Confirmed integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Slack, Notion, Linear, BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Stripe, QuickBooks, Shopify, Zendesk, BambooHR, Greenhouse, and GitHub, plus any REST API via custom connection and inbound webhooks. Microsoft Teams is not supported, so Slack is the only native chat interface, and there is no public GitHub or open-source component. Pricing verified live on adapt.com/pricing in July 2026, in USD. Starter at $0 includes $25 in free credits for everyone, a $100 bonus when you connect Slack on any plan, and up to $300 in free credits for work-domain signups. Pro runs from $50 to $5,000 per month at 1 credit equal to $0.01 of usage, with up to 10 percent bonus credits and automatic recharge. Enterprise is custom-priced with a dedicated AI engineer, committed-usage discounts, and invoicing. There are no seat minimums or per-user fees. The credit model rewards adoption but is harder to forecast than flat-rate tools. Budget-conscious teams running simple automations may prefer fixed pricing from no-code alternatives such as Zapier or Make ($9/mo billed annually). Teams that need fully portable internal tools on their own infrastructure will find Build limited to Adapt-hosted subdomains rather than standalone deployable apps.
