The facts

Oliv AI is an AI-native revenue intelligence platform built for sales, customer success, and RevOps teams that want autonomous agents handling the operational work CSMs and AEs spend hours on manually. Unlike legacy CS platforms that surface dashboards for humans to interpret, Oliv deploys purpose-built agents that act autonomously. The platform captures context from every meeting, email, call, and CRM record and maps it to the correct account, contact, and opportunity automatically. The agent architecture is organized into two tiers. Super Agents operate at the strategic layer: Olivia (Chief of AI Staff) sees everything across the team and dispatches the right sub-agent for each task. Oliver (Chief GTM Engineer) learns how the team operates and turns it into rules every other agent follows. The Agent Suite handles execution, and the vendor's agent marketplace publishes Prospector, Researcher, CRM Manager, Deal Driver, Forecaster, Meeting Assistant, Content Curator, Coach, Portfolio Manager, Onboarding Tracker, Rapid Responder and Quick Qualifier. Olivia also operates as a customer-facing agent that onboards users, answers questions, and opens tickets when she cannot resolve an issue. Oliv publishes native integrations across eight categories on its integrations page: CRM, conversational intelligence, sales enablement, meeting recorders, sales prospecting, email, communication channels, and web conferencing. CRM connections include Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Close, Copper, Freshworks CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Conversation intelligence covers Gong, Clari, Avoma, Chorus, and Grain. Meeting recorders cover Fireflies.ai, Fathom, Otter.ai, and Read. Missing from the integration list: Intercom, Zendesk, and Freshdesk for support ticket ingestion, which limits health scoring depth for teams running separate support systems. Oliv publishes no MCP server, and no MCP endpoint or documentation exists on any Oliv host. Pricing is public and modular, and is presented on two surfaces behind a Personal/Teams toggle. The Teams surface prices Oliv Notetaker at $19 per user per month on annual commitment with unlimited paid seats, or teams can bring their own recorder at no cost and add only the insight packs they need. Meeting Insights at $29 per user per month adds custom AI scorecards, meeting coaching, smart playlists, global Ask AI, and a real-time answer assistant. Deal Insights at $29 per user per month adds an AI sales methodology tracker, win/loss deal analysis, deal health scoring, and pipeline reviews. The Personal surface publishes three named plans, Starter, Standard and Supreme, at $19, $49 and $99 per user on annual billing and $29, $59 and $99 billed monthly, each struck through from list prices of $66, $136 and $196 under a promotion the vendor restricts to the first three users per company. Monthly billing is genuinely available, so an annual commitment is not required. All plans advertise a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and viewers and collaborators are always free. Oliv AI is not the right fit for enterprise CS organizations that need deep playbook configuration and renewal workflow automation at the Gainsight Customer Success or Totango level. Teams already invested in Vitally or Planhat for mid-market CS will find overlap in health scoring but should evaluate whether Oliv's sales-side agents add enough incremental value to justify a platform switch. The independent review corpus is still small, which limits third-party validation compared with established competitors. Q3 2026 state: Oliv AI was founded in 2023, is headquartered in San Francisco, and reports 11 to 50 employees. Its Trust Center publishes ISO 27001 v2022, HIPAA, GDPR and CPRA as compliant, and describes SOC 2 without naming a report type, period or auditor, so the SOC 2 claim is recorded here as the vendor states it rather than in the certification list. The terms of service carry an explicit no-model-training clause covering both Oliv and its third-party AI providers. The published subprocessor list names OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, AssemblyAI and Recall.ai. Named customers with published case studies include Shopify (17% sales cycle reduction), MissionCloud (15% close rate improvement), Turing (10 hours per week saved on admin tasks) and Swanky (95% of manual CRM workload removed). The customer wall additionally names Affirm, Insurify, Netsmart, AdvancedMD, Rootly, Whatfix, GlossGenius, HyperVerge, TruVideo, Adentro, Warmy, Noise and Onyx, and the vendor states it is used by 100+ revenue teams. The product launched publicly on Product Hunt on March 14, 2024, and a second launch on May 16, 2024 placed #2 Product of the Day with 891 upvotes.

Pros & Limitations

Editorial assessment

Pros

  • Modular per-user pricing is published in full, with a $19 entry point, a bring-your-own-recorder option that costs nothing, and free viewers and collaborators. Both annual and monthly billing are available, and every plan offers a 14-day trial with no credit card required.
  • Super Agents (Olivia as Chief of AI Staff, Oliver as Chief GTM Engineer) plus a full execution-layer agent suite operate without per-action approval. Agents handle weekly summaries, churn flagging, expansion detection, CRM hygiene, deal driving, prospecting, and customer-facing onboarding in parallel.
  • Integration depth across eight published categories with bidirectional CRM sync means Oliv captures context from meetings, emails, calls, and CRM records automatically. Eight CRM platforms are supported natively, giving teams flexibility to connect without custom middleware.
  • The terms of service commit in writing that customer data will not be used to train, fine-tune or improve shared AI models, and bind Oliv's third-party model providers to the same restriction.

Limitations

  • The independent review corpus is thin, and the vendor's strongest outcome figures are its own case studies rather than third-party evidence. Product Hunt traction and four published customer stories provide supplementary but not independent validation.
  • The platform spans sales and customer success rather than being purpose-built for CS. Teams evaluating pure CS platforms like Gainsight Customer Success, ChurnZero, or Vitally may find the sales-side agents unnecessary overhead.
  • Missing native integrations with major support platforms (Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk) limits health scoring depth for teams that run separate support ticket systems alongside their CRM.
  • The Trust Center lists SOC 2 without naming a report type, reporting period or auditor, and publishes no report to request, so the depth of that attestation cannot be confirmed. The advertised entry prices are a promotion the vendor limits to the first three users per company. List prices are $66, $136 and $196 per user.
  • Oliv advertises multilingual meeting support but names no specific languages on any public page, so language coverage cannot be confirmed beyond English.
