The facts

Velaris is an AI-native customer success platform built for mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS teams that manage large account books and need to act on churn and expansion signals before a renewal conversation starts. It is sold as a single license covering four modules: View for a unified customer record, Analyze for health scoring, conversation analysis and sentiment, Orchestrate for automations and email campaigns, and Execute for playbooks, success plans and task management. The differentiator is the agent layer. Velaris ships autonomous agents that monitor accounts, handle meeting follow-ups and manage sales-to-CS handovers. It adds a custom agent builder in which a CS team writes its own instructions and prompts and sets time-based or event-based triggers. Agents then run without per-record approval. Integration depth is genuine and independently checkable. Velaris publishes dedicated connector pages for 47 tools and reports 60 integrations verified by the vendor on its G2 profile. Coverage spans CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, monday.com), support (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk), product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo) and billing (Stripe, Chargebee). It also reaches engineering tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Linear, Trello), data stores (Snowflake, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and communication channels (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Zoom, SMTP, IMAP). It also exposes a documented REST API and, since July 2026, a first-party MCP server marketed as Velaris Intelligence MCP, which lets external AI assistants query account data, health signals, tasks and notes. The MCP endpoint publishes standard OAuth protected-resource metadata with both read and write scopes, and it is not gated to a tier or a beta cohort. Pricing is quote-only. Velaris publishes no rates on any surface: the pricing page carries no dollar amounts and no currency code, and the terms of service state that fees are payable in the currency set out in each agreement. The published license includes five users and unlimited viewers, with add-ons available. What that license does not cover is the rest of the post-sales suite. Velaris markets Onboarding (customer portal, shared projects and tasks, embedded widget) and Support (ticket management, shared inbox, embedded chat, AI support agent) as complementary products alongside the core platform. Most direct competitors are quote-only too, so a buyer comparing published rates has little to work with. Akita is the exception in this category at $49/mo. Velaris is not the right fit for a team that wants to buy without talking to sales. There is no free tier, no free trial and no self-serve signup, and G2 reviewers report roughly two months to implement. Very small CS teams will find the five-seat license and the module breadth heavier than they need. Organizations running Gainsight Customer Success at enterprise scale with deep Salesforce customization may also find Velaris lighter on administrative configuration and third-party ecosystem than a platform built over a decade. Q3 2026 state: Velaris publishes that it is the only vendor recognized as a Visionary in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Customer Success Platforms. Its G2 profile carries a current Best Results badge. Security evidence is ISO 27001:2022, audited annually by Proks GmbH, alongside a white-box penetration test by 7ASecurity, both published with downloadable documentation in the vendor security portal. That same portal names no SOC 2 report of any kind. The platform is operated by MANANTIAL LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales, and runs on AWS. Named customers include Protex AI, Uberall, Airship, Lokalise and Kato.

Pros & Limitations

Editorial assessment

Pros

  • Recognized by the vendor's own reporting as the only Visionary in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Customer Success Platforms, alongside a substantial and well-rated independent review corpus.
  • A custom agent builder lets CS teams create their own agents in natural language and fire them on time-based or event-based triggers, with no engineering support required.
  • A first-party MCP server publishes standard OAuth metadata with read and write scopes, ungated by tier or beta, so external AI assistants can query live account data.

Limitations

  • Pricing is quote-only with no rates published on any surface, the license covers five users, and the Onboarding and Support modules are sold as separate complementary products.
  • The vendor states it is SOC 2 compliant and displays an AICPA badge, but its own security portal lists only a penetration test and ISO 27001 under Reports, and no report type or period is published anywhere on the site.
  • There is no free tier, free trial or self-serve signup, and G2 reviewers report a median time to implement of about two months.
