Ashby builds analytics into every workflow rather than treating reporting as a separate layer. Hiring funnel reporting, source ROI analysis, hiring manager performance, and cohort analysis are all available natively without leaving the ATS. This produces materially better data visibility than Greenhouse or Lever for data-driven talent teams.
