Integration depth is the strongest part of the product. Growth at EUR 199 per month covers 3 team members with 300 credits and extra credits at EUR 0.50 each. Enterprise is custom-priced with custom credits and team size, quoted through a demo booking. Both paid tiers are listed exclusive of VAT. What the entry price does not buy is contact volume. One credit equals one candidate contacted or exported, no matter how many messages that candidate receives, so the EUR 49 tier covers 50 candidates per month before overage. Campaigns, MCP access, and ATS integration are included on every tier including Free, which makes the free plan a real evaluation rather than a demo. Nova Recruiter is not the right fit for buyers who need a certified vendor. It holds GDPR compliance and states alignment with the EU AI Act, but its own ISO 27001 remains in progress.
