Plans charge by conversation volume not agent seats: Free (50 conversations/month), Starter ($29/month, 100 conversations), Growth ($59/month, 2,000 conversations), Tidio+ ($749/month, unlimited). Lyro AI is a separate add-on on all plans except Tidio+. Lyro pricing starts at $39/month for 50 AI conversations, scaling to $289/month for 500 AI conversations. A team on Growth ($59/month) that adds Lyro ($39/month) pays $98/month for just 50 AI conversations -- and Lyro conversations and human conversations count against separate limits.
