Nectar Agent is the autonomous AI agent inside the Nectar Social platform, built for consumer brands that need to engage customers at scale on social without staffing a large community team. The agent works in real time across Meta, Instagram, TikTok and X, replying to comments, DMs and messages in a brand voice it has been trained on. Nectar Social was founded in 2023 by sisters Misbah Uraizee (CEO) and Farah Uraizee (CTO), both former Meta leaders. It raised a 30 million dollar round from Menlo Ventures, Google and True Ventures, announced alongside the public launch of Nectar Agent in May 2026. The agent covers pre-purchase engagement, post-purchase support and creator workflows from one platform. It answers product questions, makes personalized recommendations, supports conversational commerce, runs giveaways and drops, and routes anything needing a human. Social listening scans comments, DMs, stories, video frames and audio clips across connected platforms. Nectar states this surfaces trends 48 hours faster and captures 3 times more feedback than legacy tools. Influencer tooling adds creator scoring, earned media value tracking and competitor monitoring, and revenue attribution ties social interactions to purchases. Integration depth is narrow but deep: official data partnerships with the major social platforms, giving native read and write access to social data. There is no integrations directory, no developer documentation and no public API surface, and no CRM connector is named on any public page, so revenue attribution sync is the only stated route into a customer's own systems. There is no MCP server. Teams that need bidirectional CRM or helpdesk connectivity should confirm what the attribution layer actually writes back before committing. Pricing is quote-only. There is no pricing page at all, and a demo is required to get a quote, so cost cannot be assessed before entering a sales process. Nectar publishes no rate, no tier names and no billing basis on any surface, which means buyers cannot size a deployment against brand size, conversation volume or platform scope without talking to sales. Nectar Agent is not built for small businesses or solo creators who want scheduling and posting. Sprout Social at $199/mo and Hootsuite at $99/mo publish their rates and offer self-serve trials. Teams wanting listening without autonomous engagement should look at Brandwatch at custom pricing. For AI support that reaches beyond social into email, phone and web chat, Intercom Fin at $0.99 per resolution covers more channels. Current state Q3 2026: the customer base is consumer brand heavy and now runs to more than twenty named logos, including e.l.f. Beauty, Goop, Axios, Figma, Liquid Death, Babylist, Caraway, Kosas, Graza, Jones Road Beauty, Daily Harvest, Bobbie, Prose, Tower 28, Hatch and Portland Leather Goods. Published outcomes are per customer rather than platform wide. Portland Leather Goods reports over 70,000 monthly social volume, a 2.25 times increase in social response rate, 10.2 million dollars in revenue attributed to social in under a year, and 40 hours a week of manual brand safety moderation saved. Jones Road Beauty reports a 150 percent engagement increase. Glamnetic reports roughly 80 percent automation. Nectar Social has a G2 profile with no reviews on it, and no Capterra or Product Hunt presence, so there is no independent review corpus yet. Nectar states that it complies with GDPR and CCPA and that its AI systems align to the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, but publishes no SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certification.

Pros & Limitations

Editorial assessment

Pros

  • Official data partnerships with the major social platforms give native read and write access to comments, DMs, stories, video frames and audio clips from one dashboard, which Nectar says surfaces trends 48 hours faster and captures 3 times more feedback than legacy listening tools.
  • Revenue attribution ties social interactions to purchases with per-customer evidence behind it: Portland Leather Goods reports 10.2 million dollars attributed to social in under a year alongside a 2.25 times increase in social response rate.
  • Adoption is concentrated and credible for a young product, with more than twenty named consumer brands including e.l.f. Beauty, Goop, Axios, Figma and Liquid Death, several of which publish named outcome quotes rather than logo-wall placements.

Limitations

  • There is no pricing page and no self-serve signup, so a demo and a sales conversation are required before any cost is known.
  • The integration surface is limited to social platforms: no integrations directory, no developer documentation, no public API and no named CRM connector, and there is no MCP server.
  • There is no independent review corpus. The G2 profile carries no reviews and there is no Capterra or Product Hunt presence, so every published outcome traces back to the vendor's own site.

Autonomous rateNectar Agent works autonomously in real time on social platforms, replying to comments, DMs and messages without per-action approval, within brand voice, strategy and escalation guardrails that the brand team configures. The only published autonomy figure is a customer one: Glamnetic reports roughly 80 percent automation of its DM engagement. Nectar publishes no platform-wide autonomous resolution rate, so that single customer result should not be read as a general benchmark.
