The facts

Findem is an AI talent intelligence platform built on a 3D data model that tracks how skills and careers change over time rather than reading a static profile snapshot. The idea is to distinguish candidates who genuinely grew into a skill from those who merely list it, which is what attribute-based search is for. Launched in 2020 and headquartered in San Francisco, Findem has broadened from recruiting-focused talent intelligence into workforce shaping across hiring, retention and planning. In March 2026 it announced the acquisition of Glider AI, whose policies and audit reports now sit alongside Findem's own in its trust center. Core capabilities are Sourcing Copilot, which turns a job description into a verified shortlist across inbound, ATS, CRM, referrals and external channels, and Findem Agents, which plan and execute hiring workflows from calibration through candidate delivery. Findem MCP, announced June 2026, exposes the talent graph as MCP tools and is available on the ServiceNow AI Platform so external agents can call Findem search and decisioning directly. That makes Findem one of the few talent platforms an AI agent can query rather than screen-scrape. The platform is also listed on AWS Marketplace for procurement teams that prefer AWS billing. Findem integrates with nine applicant tracking systems, each carrying a logo on its own integrations page and verified July 2026: Greenhouse, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jobvite, Ashby, Lever, iCIMS, Thrive and Invenias by Bullhorn. The ATS stays the system of record while Findem keeps candidate data current through rediscovery, enrichment, inbound applicant review, deduplication and export. Email integration covers Microsoft Outlook and Gmail for outreach from the recruiter's own inbox, and SSO covers Okta, PingID and Microsoft Entra ID. Pricing is quote-only with no public rates and no pricing page. Findem prices on outcomes, charging for hire-ready results delivered by its agents rather than seat licenses or search volume. That aligns the vendor with hiring results, but it also means finance and procurement cannot model cost per seat, and there is no published figure to anchor a budget against before entering a sales process. Onboarding runs roughly two to four weeks to calibrate the platform to a company's hiring philosophy and connect the ATS. Findem is not built for SMB teams or for organizations that mostly process inbound applications, where attribute-based search over passive candidates delivers little. Teams that want a published rate should evaluate Fetcher ($115/mo) or Juicebox ($99/mo billed annually). Smaller companies should look at Ashby ($270/mo billed annually) or hireEZ ($494/mo) as ATS-first alternatives. The calibration window also rules Findem out where sourcing capacity is needed immediately. As of Q3 2026, security posture verified on Findem's trust center and security page: SOC 2 Type II is active, independently audited by Johanson with continuous control monitoring via Vanta. Findem runs a documented employment fairness program with bias auditing and publishes an AI audit report, and states that its platform is not intended as an automated employment decision tool, leaving final hiring actions to the customer. Its subprocessor list names OpenAI for candidate and user inputs, so the platform combines Findem's own talent graph with third-party language models rather than running proprietary models alone.

Pros & Limitations

Editorial assessment

Pros

  • The 3D data model tracks career trajectory over time rather than a static snapshot, so attribute-based search surfaces passive candidates who genuinely developed a skill instead of those who merely list it.
  • Publishes an MCP server available on the ServiceNow AI Platform, exposing the talent graph as tools external AI agents can call directly, which almost no talent platform in this category offers.
  • Nine ATS integrations verified on the vendor's own page, covering Greenhouse, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jobvite, Ashby, Lever, iCIMS, Thrive and Invenias by Bullhorn, with the ATS remaining the system of record.

Limitations

  • Quote-only with no pricing page and outcome-based commercial terms, so finance and procurement cannot model a per-seat cost or anchor a budget before entering a sales process.
  • Built for proactive sourcing, with limited value for teams that mostly filter inbound applications rather than hunting passive candidates.
  • Two to four weeks of calibration before the platform is tuned to a company's hiring philosophy, which rules it out where sourcing capacity is needed immediately.
