CampaignStack is a LinkedIn and email outbound platform built for lead generation agencies, founders and consultants who run outreach across many accounts at once. Work is organized into workspaces, where one workspace maps to one client and carries its own campaigns, leads, workflows, brand voice and credit pool. The central claim is safety rather than volume. Every action type carries an independent daily budget, and sends are capped at 80 percent of what LinkedIn allows. Activity is confined to an 08:00 to 18:00 local workday, and weekend sending drops by 70 percent while research drops by 30 percent. Each LinkedIn account is bound to a dedicated residential IP with a consistent geography. The workflow engine is the core surface. Campaigns are graphs built from more than twenty node types with conditional branching and reactive nodes that park a lead until LinkedIn fires an event such as a connection acceptance or an inbound reply. Auto-send and human review are separate nodes rather than settings on a node, so a campaign can be configured either to run unattended or to route every draft into a shared approval queue. That distinction matters, because it means unattended sending is a supported mode rather than an exception. CampaignStack publishes a first-party MCP server at mcp.campaignstack.io that authenticates with a Bearer API key, and its documentation enumerates 181 distinct tool identifiers. The vendor's own published counts for that server disagree with one another, reading 75, 91 and 200 across the integrations page, the homepage and its llms.txt. Live integrations are LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Gmail, CSV import and export, and HMAC-signed webhooks. Apollo and HubSpot are in beta. Clay, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Slack, Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, Airtable and Notion are published as roadmap items rather than live connectors. Third-party connections run on API keys the customer supplies, which the terms describe as a bring-your-own-keys model. Pricing is a flat fee per workspace rather than per seat. A free plan runs indefinitely with two workspaces, 5,000 credits a month, one team member and five LinkedIn accounts. The paid plan is $82 per workspace per month billed annually, or $99 per workspace month to month, and includes 25,000 credits a month, unlimited workspaces, unlimited team members and unlimited LinkedIn accounts. Credit packs cost $25 for 10,000 credits, $99 for 50,000 and $299 for 200,000, and consumption beyond the monthly allowance is billed per credit. The vendor renders every figure with a bare dollar sign and states no currency on its pricing page, in its terms or in its documentation, so the currency is recorded here as unverified. The billing toggle on the pricing page also did not change state during this verification, so that page displays annual rates only. What the paid plan does not buy is a compliance posture. CampaignStack publishes no security, trust or compliance page, and no certification of any kind appears in its terms or its privacy policy. Buyers who need SOC 2 or ISO 27001 evidence will not find it here. The product also works by storing a LinkedIn session cookie, and the terms place responsibility for complying with LinkedIn's own rules on the customer rather than on the vendor. Teams that want a seat-priced sequencer rather than a workspace-priced one should look at lemlist at $55/mo billed annually. Teams whose priority is waterfall enrichment ahead of sending should look at Clay at $167/mo billed annually. As of Q3 2026 CampaignStack carries no reviews on G2, Product Hunt, Capterra or Trustpilot, and its public changelog begins in July 2026.

Pros & Limitations

Editorial assessment

Pros

  • Auto-send and human review are separate workflow nodes, so each campaign can be set to run unattended or to pause for approval.
  • Publishes a first-party MCP server with Bearer key authentication, so external AI agents can drive campaigns without the UI.
  • Every feature is included on the paid plan, with credits rather than tiers governing volume, and unused credits roll forward for six months.

Limitations

  • Automated sending runs on a stored LinkedIn session cookie, and the vendor's terms make the customer responsible for not violating LinkedIn's own terms of service.
  • Nine of the sixteen listed integrations are roadmap items and Apollo and HubSpot are in beta, so only LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Instantly, Gmail, CSV and webhooks are live.
  • The overage rate is published as $0.0035 per credit in the credits section and as $0.035 per credit in the pricing FAQ, a tenfold difference the vendor has not reconciled.
