Sumora

Sumora is an autonomous outreach agent for LinkedIn and Instagram, aimed at founders and small revenue teams running their own outbound. You connect a LinkedIn or Instagram account, describe your ideal customer in plain language, and Sumora finds matching prospects, scores them against that profile, warms them with lightweight engagement, and drafts the messages. Replies from LinkedIn, Instagram and email arrive in a single inbox with AI-drafted responses waiting for review. The autonomy split is unusually well documented. Sumora publishes a machine-readable capability declaration at /capabilities.json, dated 7 August 2026, listing 27 actions and marking each one autonomous, approval-required or not-supported. Lead discovery, ICP scoring, the story views and likes used for warming, email discovery and verification, automatic mailbox pausing and send-window enforcement all run without approval. Every outbound send is approval-required, and the file lists fully autonomous cold sending as deliberately unsupported. That same file publishes the per-account rate ceilings the vendor enforces, which is rare disclosure in this category. LinkedIn connection requests run from 5 a day on a new account to 20 a day at plateau on a free seat, and 8 to 35 with Premium. Instagram cold DMs run 5 to 30 a day, and a cold DM is blocked until the prospect has received at least two engagement touches spread over 18 hours or more. Cold email ramps per mailbox from 20 a day to a 200 a day plateau over 10 days, and a mailbox pauses automatically at 0.3 percent spam complaints or 2 percent bounces. Sending is confined to 08:00 to 20:00 in the account owner's local time, Monday to Friday. Sumora publishes a first-party MCP server with a dedicated setup guide naming Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor and Windsurf. The endpoint was verified live in August 2026, answering a JSON-RPC request and negotiating the Streamable HTTP transport. MCP and API access are gated to the Startup plan. Pricing is published for three self-serve plans. Starter is $49.99 a month billed monthly, or $39 a month billed at $470 a year. Growth is $99 or $79 on the same basis. Startup is $299 or $239, billed $2,870 a year. The entry Starter plan carries a 7-day free trial and covers one outbound channel only, either LinkedIn or Instagram. Running both channels together starts at Growth. Team seats, campaign analytics, API and MCP access start at Startup. Anything beyond the published plans is quote-only, as is the separate Custom Work engagement, which is a one-time setup fee plus a monthly retainer. Fees become non-refundable once three days have passed or after three hours of active use, whichever comes first. Two things are worth knowing before buying. Sumora automates activity on LinkedIn and Instagram, both of which restrict automated messaging in their own user agreements, and Sumora's terms place the risk of platform account restrictions on the customer. Separately, the vendor's llms.txt describes a fully automatic sending mode that its own capability declaration, homepage and plan feature lists all contradict.
