The facts

Olva is a botless AI meeting assistant, built by Mindle Inc., for salespeople, customer teams, recruiters, and anyone who wants live help in a conversation without a recording bot in the room. It runs from your own device and captures microphone and system audio directly, so it never joins the call as a visible participant. During a meeting it delivers live transcription, automatic question detection, private answers and coaching, and document-aware help; afterward it produces summaries, minutes, action items, and a searchable meeting memory you can query. It works across Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack huddles, Webex, and in-person conversations, on macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android, in 87 languages. Integration depth is still early. Live connections are limited to Slack, native Notion export, and signed outbound webhooks; a public API, an MCP server, and Zapier, Make, and n8n connectors are all documented as coming soon rather than shipping today. Teams that need deep CRM or project-tool sync now will have to build it on webhooks. Pricing is transparent for self-serve buyers and confirmed in USD. Basic is a one-time free trial with three hours of total meeting time, not a permanent free plan. Plus is $12.50/mo billed annually ($150/year) with 50 hours of meeting time per month and Slack. Pro is $25/mo billed annually ($300/year) with unlimited meeting time, Notion, and outbound webhooks. Teams and Enterprise+ are sales-assisted and custom-priced, adding security reviews, admin controls, audit logs, and custom integrations. What the entry price does not buy is unlimited use or deep automation: Plus caps meeting time at 50 hours a month, and the integration and admin features that larger teams expect sit behind the tailored Teams and Enterprise+ tiers. On privacy, Olva takes a clear stance: it stores transcripts rather than audio, keeps no voiceprint, and states that customer transcripts, prompts, and documents are not used to train or fine-tune shared AI models. Audio is streamed to Deepgram for transcription and relevant context to OpenAI for AI features, which security-conscious teams should note. Teams that want a more established note-taker with a wider integration catalog should compare Fireflies at $10/mo or Otter at $8.33/mo, both of which carry far larger review bases. Olva's edge is the bot-free, on-device capture and the live in-meeting coaching, not breadth of integrations or track record. As of Q3 2026, Olva is a new product from Mindle Inc. with a small but perfect early G2 score (5.0 from 2 reviews), no named security certification yet, and an MCP server on its published roadmap. It is a genuine option for teams that specifically want live, private, bot-free meeting help, with the caveat that its evidence base and integrations are still building.

Pros & Limitations

Editorial assessment

Pros

  • Olva runs from your device and captures both microphone and system audio, so it transcribes and coaches in real time without joining the call as a visible bot or storing any audio recording.
  • A genuine free trial plus self-serve Plus and Pro plans (from $12.50/mo billed annually) make it fast to start, with unlimited meeting time on Pro and 87 supported languages.
  • Its product-facts page states plainly that customer transcripts, prompts, and documents are never used to train or fine-tune shared AI models, a clear stance for privacy-conscious teams.

Limitations

  • Independent evidence is thin: a 5.0/5 G2 score rests on just 2 reviews, and the product is new, so there is little third-party track record yet.
  • Integrations are limited to Slack, Notion, and outbound webhooks today, with API, MCP, and Zapier or Make connections all still marked coming soon.
  • It publishes no named security certification (no SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR badge), and audio is streamed to Deepgram and OpenAI for processing, which some regulated teams will need to review.
