OLVA is a bot-free AI meeting assistant from Mindle Inc. It runs on your own device instead of joining the call, so it never appears on the meeting roster. On macOS and Windows it captures microphone and system audio for Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack huddles, Webex and in-person conversations. The iOS and Android apps use the phone's microphone for in-person meetings and do not capture other apps' audio. During a meeting OLVA gives a live, speaker-separated transcript, detects questions automatically, answers questions about the meeting, offers live coaching, and can surface fact checks, suggestions and opportunities. A reusable meeting context holds notes and imported PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Markdown and text files for OLVA to draw on. Live translation is available on every plan. Afterwards it produces summaries, minutes, action items and editable PowerPoint decks, and keeps a searchable meeting memory for follow-up questions. The default Soniox speech provider supports 60 spoken languages with automatic detection. Integrations are still early. Pro and Ultra add Notion export, Slack, Google Drive and signed outbound webhooks for developers. OLVA lists an API, an MCP server and Zapier, Make.com and n8n recipes as coming soon on its developer page. Pricing is public and in US dollars. Basic is free with 2 hours of meeting time a month and 7 days of meeting history, and OLVA describes it as a free trial. Plus is $14.99 a month or $149.90 a year with 15 hours a month. Pro is $24.99 a month or $249.90 a year with unlimited meeting time, and adds the integrations and Desktop Incognito, which hides the OLVA window from supported screen-sharing capture. Ultra is $99.99 a month or $999.90 a year and adds a dedicated account and technical success manager. Live AI features draw on a dollar AI balance that varies by plan, and slide decks use separately billed feature credits. Enterprise, Teams and Enterprise+ are sold through sales. On privacy, OLVA states that it does not store voice recordings, meeting audio or voiceprints, that it stores transcripts rather than audio, and that it does not use customer meeting content to train, fine-tune or improve general-purpose or shared AI models. Audio is streamed to Soniox, or to Deepgram when configured, for transcription, and relevant context can be processed by OpenAI for AI features. OLVA publishes no named security certification. Teams that want a more established note-taker can compare Fireflies.ai (from $10/mo billed annually), Granola (from $14/mo) and Otter.ai, which OLVA itself names as alternatives. OLVA's focus is help during the live conversation rather than notes afterwards. Current state Q4 2026: OLVA is at version 2.1.4 on macOS, Windows, iOS and Android, and recently added reusable meeting contexts with folders on desktop and iOS. Its G2 profile carries 5 reviews at 5.0 and its App Store app 2 ratings at 5.0, so its independent review base is still small.
