Square9 is an AI notetaker and shared workspace from Utkast AI AS in Norway. On the phone, you press # then 9 during an ordinary call and Square9 records it, live today with the Norwegian operator Unifon, and an SMS agent answers questions about your own calls, meetings, notes and tasks by text. At the desk, apps for Windows and macOS record a call in any call app, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, with nothing joining as a participant. After each call it writes a searchable transcript, a summary and action items with an owner and a date, and files them on the right person, company, project or deal so colleagues on the same client can read them. An optional email feature reads a Gmail or Outlook inbox, groups messages by priority, project and person and puts reply drafts in the email client. Customer data is stored in the EU in Stockholm and audio is deleted after transcription. Plans are priced per user in US dollars and can be cancelled at any time, with 25% off for yearly billing. Basic is $22 per user a month billed yearly, or $29 month to month, with one email and calendar account. Pro is $37 per user a month billed yearly, or $49 month to month, and adds unlimited mailboxes and calendars, unlimited AI drafts, the meeting notetaker and inbox triage. Enterprise is priced per organization through sales. There is no free plan or trial.
