The facts

Noded is a customer context graph built for the customer success, account management, and post-sales teams that own retention and growth, and increasingly for the AI teams that need one governed place to point their agents. It automatically assembles a single living story for every account by pulling the high-intention signals out of the 20-plus tools where customer context normally scatters. People walk into every meeting caught up, without filling in a single field or maintaining a dashboard. Integration depth is the core of the product. Noded connects natively to Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceNow, Slack, Gong, Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Jira, Linear, GitHub, monday.com, Gainsight, Planhat, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Granola, Fireflies, Fathom, Notion, Google Calendar, Outlook, Google Drive, Pendo, G2, Databricks, ClickHouse, Snowflake, Power BI, and OData. It also publishes an SDK for building more integrations. The OData connector is the vendor's stated path into platforms it does not connect to directly, naming ChurnZero, Microsoft Dynamics, and SAP. Noded writes back as well as reads, posting summaries to Slack, updating Salesforce fields, and filing Linear tickets inside the tools teams already use. It also exposes a single governed MCP endpoint, so Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot can query the full customer stack as a canonical context source rather than starting from a blank prompt, with the tools each agent sees scoped per agent. Pricing is mostly public and quoted in USD, and it runs on three levers rather than on seats alone: accounts, applications, and blocks. An account is a customer company Noded tracks, an application is a tool you connect, and a block is a unit of work being tracked, such as an email, a transcription, a document, or a record. Per User is $20 per user each month billed annually, or $25 month-to-month, and covers up to 100 accounts, 5 applications, and 2,000 blocks. Growth is $1,000 per month billed annually, or $1,250 month-to-month, for unlimited users with up to 1,000 accounts, 10 applications, and 100,000 blocks. Scale is $4,000 per month billed annually, or $4,500 month-to-month, for up to 5,000 accounts, 20 applications, and 500,000 blocks. Custom is quote-only, and the vendor states the three levers can move in either direction rather than only upward. Optional Forward Deployed Engineering is a separate paid engagement: Launch at $15,000 over two weeks, Accelerate at $35,000 over four weeks, and Transform at custom pricing. What the entry price does not buy is unlimited scope. Every plan limit is an up-to ceiling on accounts, applications, and blocks at once, so a team can outgrow a tier on any one of the three while sitting well inside the other two. Reading and asking stay free and unmetered on every tier, which the vendor states plainly. Noded publishes no overage rate and does not say what happens when a limit is reached, so buyers close to a ceiling should establish that before signing. Per User also stops making sense at scale: fifty users costs $1,000 per month, which is exactly the Growth price, and Growth carries unlimited users with ten times the accounts. Teams above roughly fifty users should price Growth first. Noded is not the best fit for teams that want a traditional health-scoring system of record with heavy admin control, where Gainsight (custom pricing) or Planhat (custom pricing) remain the established options. It is also early, with no independent review corpus yet, so buyers who require verified third-party evidence may want to run a pilot first. Regulated buyers should note that the terms of service state the service is not tailored to comply with HIPAA or FISMA and direct such users not to use it. Current state Q3 2026: Noded is a seed-stage company that raised $4 million led by Boldstart Ventures with Bessemer Venture Partners, 20Sales, and the co-founders of Slack and Okta. It was founded by Steve Wood and Chris Port, whose team previously built Salesforce Flow, the Slack Platform, and Boomi across four exits the vendor totals at more than $30 billion. Noded states that it does not train on customer data, that its contracts bar its AI subprocessors from training on customer data, and that no data is stored with LLM providers. Its security page describes its practices as consistent with GDPR and SOC 2, its homepage describes independently audited security controls, and its machine-readable catalog says SOC 2 audited, but no report type or period is published anywhere on the site. The vendor's customer wall names more than fifty companies, among them Slack, Okta, Amplitude, ClickHouse, Boomi, Vanta, Silverfort, Shippo, LogicMonitor, OutSystems, Tricentis, AppFolio, Demandbase, Iterable, Modern Treasury, Quantum Metric, SnapLogic, and Rippling.

Pros & Limitations

Editorial assessment

Pros

  • Exposes an MCP server plus deep two-way native integrations across Salesforce, Slack, Gong, Zendesk, Jira, Linear, Gainsight, and more, so context flows in and actions flow back out.
  • Assembles a live account story automatically from existing tools with no fields to fill or dashboards to maintain, and is self-serve to set up in about an hour.
  • Reading and asking are always free and unmetered on every tier, so passive users and stakeholders who only consume the account story cost nothing.

Limitations

  • Independent review evidence is thin. Noded has no G2 or Capterra review corpus yet, so the case rests on named customers and vendor case studies rather than verified user reviews.
  • The plan is capped on three axes at once. Every tier sets an up-to ceiling on accounts, applications, and blocks, so a team can outgrow a plan on any one of them, and no overage rate is published.
  • There is no free tier and no free trial, and Per User stops being economical above about fifty users. At fifty users it costs $1,000 per month, the same as Growth, which gives you unlimited users and ten times the accounts. Larger teams should price Growth first.

Autonomous rateAutonomy is configurable rather than fixed. The vendor describes its agents as dialed from human-in-the-loop to fully automated as trust builds, and review is presented as a choice rather than a required step. Reading and asking run unattended and are never metered, and the vendor's own worked examples show an agent qualifying a play and drafting the outreach while a named human sends it. Noded publishes no autonomous resolution percentage.
