The facts

GoodTime is an AI interview scheduling and candidate experience orchestration platform built for enterprise talent teams that coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder interviews at scale. Operated by GoodTime.io, the platform was founded in San Francisco in 2016 by Ahryun Moon, Jasper Sone and Peter Lee. It is powered by Cori, an AI agent the vendor positions as a digital teammate that takes action rather than a chatbot or copilot. It is purpose-built for the coordination load enterprise hiring creates: panel interviews requiring availability alignment across multiple interviewers, hiring manager calendars, recruiter oversight and candidate communication across several rounds. GoodTime states its platform automates up to 90% of interview scheduling, including multi-day panels and high-volume hiring events. Integration depth is the strongest part of the product. GoodTime publishes native two-way integrations with eight applicant tracking systems: Ashby, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Jobvite, Lever, SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors and Workday. The Ashby connector launched in July 2026. Calendar and conferencing coverage spans Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex, with Slack, DocuSign, Okta and Envoy for collaboration, e-signature, single sign-on and visitor management, plus CoderPad, CodeSignal and HackerRank for technical interviews. GoodTime also exposes a public API and, as of July 2026, a first-party MCP server. The GoodTime MCP Server lets an external AI assistant query live GoodTime data in natural language, routing through the GoodTime public API. The vendor documents manual installation via the goodtime-mcp npm package and a Claude Desktop configuration file, and says a one-click listing in the Claude App Directory is coming. Version 1.0 is read-only, exposing interviews, contacts, interviewer tags and tag categories. Write operations such as scheduling an interview or updating a record are not supported. GoodTime states the server has been built and tested with Claude only, with support for other AI tools planned. Pricing is quote-only. GoodTime publishes no rates on any surface and none appear on its G2 profile, so currency is moot. The published model is volume-based rather than seat-based: pricing is set by the number of candidates processed annually, not the number of users, so a customer can add unlimited users. GoodTime states all integrations, including deep two-way ATS sync, are included rather than gated behind a higher tier. What a buyer cannot establish before contacting sales is the actual cost, the candidate-volume bands, or where the entry commitment sits, and there is no free tier or self-serve signup at any level. API access can also require activation by a customer success manager rather than being available by default. GoodTime is not suited to SMB or mid-market teams that find Calendly, Chili Piper or the scheduling built into their ATS adequate for their volume. The platform is configured for enterprise operations and Cori's coordination depth adds limited value below roughly 100 interviews a month. Teams wanting full-cycle recruiting in one system should evaluate Humanly or Greenhouse with native scheduling rather than layering GoodTime onto an existing ATS, since GoodTime requires an ATS and is an additive line item. Teams whose procurement requires published pricing cannot evaluate it without engaging sales. Q3 2026 state: GoodTime shipped its MCP server and the Ashby ATS integration in July 2026, and added an AI bias audit report the same month that references New York City Local Law 144 and emerging EU AI rules. G2 awarded GoodTime a Best Estimated ROI badge for Enterprise in its Fall 2025 Interview Scheduling report, alongside High Performer and Fastest Implementation. Vendor-reported outcomes include a 75% increase in hiring team productivity at HubSpot. GoodTime publishes further figures of 88% less time spent scheduling, 62% fewer administrative errors and an 85% offer acceptance rate without naming the customers they belong to. Named customers include Zoom, HubSpot, Databricks, Canva, Pinterest, Miro, Zalando, HelloFresh, Toast, Deliveroo, Nubank and Remote. Security is documented on a Conveyor trust portal listing SOC 2 Type II (ISAE-3000), ISO 42001, SOC 3, GDPR and CCPA, with a HIPAA/HITECH Type 1 report available under NDA. GoodTime's privacy policy states user input is not used to retrain or improve the language models.

Pros & Limitations

Editorial assessment

Pros

  • Cori coordinates multi-stakeholder interviews autonomously, aligning panel availability across interviewers, hiring managers and candidates without per-action recruiter approval, removing the scheduling bottleneck that limits enterprise hiring velocity.
  • Native two-way integrations with eight applicant tracking systems, six calendar and conferencing platforms and three technical interview tools, and GoodTime states every integration is included rather than gated behind a higher tier.
  • A first-party MCP server published in July 2026 lets an AI assistant query live recruiting data in natural language through GoodTime's public API, a capability very few talent platforms currently offer.

Limitations

  • Quote-only pricing with no published rates and volume-based billing on annual candidate throughput, which rules GoodTime out for buyers whose procurement requires upfront pricing comparison before vendor engagement.
  • The MCP server is version 1.0 and read-only, covering interviews, contacts and interviewer tags with no write operations, and GoodTime states it has been built and tested with Claude alone.
  • GoodTime requires an existing applicant tracking system and handles scheduling rather than full-cycle recruiting, so it is an additive cost on top of an ATS, and API access can require customer success manager activation.

Autonomous rateCori, GoodTime's AI agent, coordinates multi-stakeholder interviews autonomously: it aligns panel availability across interviewers, hiring managers, recruiters and candidates and keeps scheduling moving 24/7 without per-action recruiter approval. GoodTime positions Cori as a digital teammate that takes action rather than a chatbot or copilot. Recruiters configure the workflows, interview templates and interviewer pools that constrain what Cori can do.
