Eightfold AI is an enterprise Talent Intelligence Platform that uses deep learning to power recruiting, internal mobility, talent management and workforce planning around skills rather than role-based assumptions. Founded in 2016, it is built AI-native rather than as an AI layer over a traditional ATS. The platform covers four areas: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Flex for gig and contingent workforce, and Talent Intelligence for workforce analytics and planning. It targets enterprises with 1,000+ employees where skills-based talent decisions carry strategic weight. In May 2026 Eightfold launched TalentForge, a move toward customizable AI talent infrastructure, and expanded AI Interviewer and AI Interview Companion in April 2026. Oracle is the only technology integration partner Eightfold names publicly, verified July 2026 on its own partners page. A May 2026 press release confirms Agentic Interviewing running inside Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting, which is a genuinely deep integration rather than a directory listing. The same partners page names Accenture and Deloitte as services partners, not connectors. Eightfold publishes no integrations directory, no public API documentation and no developer portal, and its documentation site sits behind single sign-on. Buyers running Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or another enterprise ATS should confirm integration depth and bidirectional sync directly during discovery, because no public evidence of those connectors exists. Pricing is custom enterprise with no public rates and no pricing page. Every route to a number runs through a sales-led discovery process, and the platform is packaged modularly across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Flex and Talent Intelligence. Deployment is a multi-month program covering integration, configuration of the skills graph, model training on internal hiring history and change management across recruiting teams. Eightfold states plainly that new customers see less AI differentiation early on, because model quality depends on the volume of internal talent data available to train against. Eightfold is a poor fit below roughly 1,000 employees, since thin hiring history limits the AI advantage that justifies the platform. Growing companies should evaluate Ashby ($270/mo billed annually), Humanly (custom pricing) or hireEZ ($494/mo) instead. Enterprises that need an upfront number before engaging sales cannot get one here, and organizations with immediate hiring needs or short procurement cycles will find the implementation window difficult. As of Q3 2026, Eightfold is named a Strategic Leader in the Fosway 9-Grid for Talent Acquisition for the fourth consecutive year. Its compliance posture is unusually strong for the category, verified July 2026 on its trust center. FedRAMP Moderate is authorized against 325+ NIST 800-53 controls by an accredited third party, alongside ISO 42001, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and GDPR and CCPA alignment. ISO 27017, ISO 27701, SOC 3, EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification and OFCCP alignment are also listed, and Eightfold publishes bias audit results under NYC Local Law 144. It states that the platform does not use identifiable customer data to train its models, and that model improvement uses anonymized aggregated data only.
