Zendesk is the enterprise standard for customer service software, embedding AI across its full product suite through three distinct components: AI Agents for autonomous resolution, Copilot for agent assistance, and Forethought AI agents for complex multi-step workflows across any platform. Zendesk serves tens of thousands of businesses globally and is the default choice for large enterprise support teams with existing Salesforce workflows, where Zendesk's native Salesforce integration depth is unmatched by any other AI customer service platform. Pricing is tiered with annual and monthly billing options. Support Team at $19/agent/month covers email and basic ticketing without AI Agents. Suite Team at $55/agent/month adds AI Agents, Knowledge Base, Action Builder, omnichannel routing, messaging, live chat, and telephony. Suite Professional at $115/agent/month adds Admin Copilot, App Builder, Writing Tools, Quick Reports, skills-based routing, and IVR. Suite Enterprise plus Copilot is custom-quoted and bundles Intelligent Triage, Auto Assist, Generative AI for Voice, approval workflows, sandbox environments, and custom agent roles. Copilot (AI assistance for human agents with suggested replies, ticket summaries, and auto-actions) is available as a $50/agent/month add-on for lower tiers and bundled into Enterprise. Forethought AI agents by Zendesk, following Zendesk's completed acquisition of Forethought, are self-improving AI agents that understand complex customer requests, take action across all channels, and continuously improve outcomes over time. Unlike standard Zendesk AI Agents, Forethought AI agents work seamlessly within Zendesk and on any other platform, enabling teams to deploy best-in-class AI agents on existing non-Zendesk stacks.
