SellerClaw

SellerClaw is the autonomous commerce agent inside SellerAI. It runs work across an online store: sourcing products from a supplier catalog using shopping-trend signals, drafting and publishing listings with titles, descriptions, image edits and SEO tags, testing static, carousel, UGC video and search creatives on Meta and Google, placing and tracking orders with suppliers, and replying to customer tickets in the brand voice, including refunds, swaps and address changes inside policies the seller writes once. Sellers assign it projects such as dropshipping operator, store manager, marketing manager or a custom workflow, and set a goal and budget rails for each. SellerClaw launched on Product Hunt on June 5, 2026, finishing #1 for the day with Launch of the Day and Launch of the Week awards.

Autonomy is set per seller on a three-step rail. In Advisory mode the agent writes plans and recommendations and every action waits in a review queue. In Assisted mode it operates the store through a browser while the seller reviews and approves. In Autonomous mode it runs the store end to end through direct API integrations. Every action is logged, and money and outbound email still wait for approval inside SellerClaw.

Store and ad connections include Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Merchant Center, with unlimited accounts per service, OAuth sign-in where available and a browser session where it is not. SellerClaw is also a remote MCP server: it is listed in the Claude Directory as a community connector published by SellerAI, Inc., exposes five tools for reading and writing store data, signs in with OAuth, and works in Claude and as a custom plugin in ChatGPT. Through the connector, prompts run on the Claude or ChatGPT plan or API key the seller already pays for. A self-hosted build runs SellerClaw on a computer the seller controls for Mac, Windows and Linux, which moves tool calls off the credit meter.

Pricing is public and credit-based, in USD, with monthly billing and annual billing listed as coming soon. Signing up is free with no card: the Look around plan at $0 connects stores and shows listings, orders, stock and reports but does not include the agent. Your Own AI at $10 per month includes 1,000 credits and drives SellerClaw from Claude or ChatGPT, after a 3-day free trial. Starter at $36 per month (4,000 credits, $1 for the first month) adds the built-in agent, Growth is $85 (10,000 credits), Pro $160 (20,000 credits) and Max $320 (40,000 credits). 100 credits equal $1, top-up packs run from 1,000 credits for $10, and optional auto top-up adds 2,000 credits for $20 at most twice a month. Enterprise packages above 40,000 credits a month, with private deployment, SSO or bring-your-own-model setups, are quoted by sales.

SellerClaw suits online sellers on Shopify, eBay and Amazon who want an agent that runs sourcing, listings, ads, fulfillment and support, or who want to run their stores from Claude or ChatGPT. Ecommerce brands that only need an AI helpdesk for customer support should look at Gorgias. Software teams building their own product on top of many shopping platforms through one API should look at API2Cart. Teams whose need is ad creative production for Meta, TikTok and Google should look at Superscale.

Current state Q4 2026: SellerClaw sells six monthly plans from $0 to $320 plus quoted Enterprise packages, runs as a remote MCP server listed in the Claude Directory, and offers a self-hosted local build. Its privacy policy, updated August 13, 2026, states that prompts, store data, listing content and support interactions are not used to train, fine-tune or develop AI models. Requests are sent to third-party model providers including OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, and sellers can restrict processing to US-based providers or use their own API keys. SellerAI publishes no security certifications.
