Mindra
by Mindra
Multi-agent orchestration platform that spins up specialized AI agent teams to autonomously execute marketing, sales, ops, and supply chain workflows across 3,000+ integrations with built-in governance.
Mindra is a multi-agent orchestration platform built for production workflow automation across marketing, sales, operations, finance, and supply chain teams. Backed by TQ Ventures and accepted into the NVIDIA Inception Program, Mindra was built by co-founders Zeynep Yorulmaz, Deniz Soylular, and Ilker Yoru starting in late 2025 and launched as Product Hunt #1 Product of the Day on May 4, 2026. The platform takes a natural language task description and spins up a specialized agent team that runs 24/7, executing real actions across the existing stack rather than just drafting content. The orchestrator decomposes work into scoped tasks, selects appropriate specialist sub-agents, assigns only the tools each agent needs, tracks progress, and reconciles results back into a single output. Each specialist agent owns one channel, tool, or domain (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, ERP systems, custom APIs) with over 3,000 integrations available out of the box. Self-healing logic prevents runaway tool failures: when a tool call fails, the agent checks documentation, tries different parameters, or finds different tools rather than blindly retrying. Configurable maximum runtime and tool failure thresholds prevent budget overruns. Compounding memory means agents learn the business tone, policies, and playbooks over time. Pricing is currently demo-only with custom enterprise contracts; pilot customer onboarding is open through Q2 2026. Security stack includes SOC 2 Type II compliance in progress, GDPR EU-readiness, and ZDR enterprise security controls. Limits: no public self-serve pricing means procurement timelines are longer than for self-serve competitors; the platform is six months old so the long-term reliability track record is shorter than mature orchestration tools; the 24/7 cost predictability question requires upfront configuration of hard limits.

Pros & Limitations
Editorial assessmentPros
- ✓Self-healing orchestration that does not blindly retry failing tool calls but reads errors, tries different parameters, and finds alternative tools to complete the task
- ✓3,000+ integrations out of the box including Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, and ERP systems
- ✓Configurable maximum runtime and tool failure thresholds give finance and procurement teams predictable cost ceilings on autonomous workflows
Limitations
- ⚠No public self-serve pricing means procurement timelines are longer than for competitors with transparent tiers
- ⚠Six months old as of May 2026 so the long-term reliability track record is shorter than mature workflow orchestration tools
- ⚠SOC 2 Type II is still in progress rather than fully certified, which may slow adoption in regulated enterprise procurement
