Salesforce Foundations is a free entry point that includes 200,000 Flex Credits, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and 250,000 Data Cloud credits. Beyond the free tier, Flex Credits are charged per action at approximately $0.005 per credit: a typical 3-action case management workflow consumes 60 credits ($0.30 per case). Flex Credits scale across any Agentforce use case and are available with Pre-Purchase, Pre-Commit, or PayGo buying models. Conversations pricing at $2 per conversation applies specifically to customer-facing agents on a pre-purchase basis. Employee-facing agent licensing is separate and sold through Salesforce Cloud and Industry user licenses. Digital Wallet tracks usage across both models.
