The facts

Robylon is an AI customer support platform that resolves queries across chat, WhatsApp, email, tickets and voice, and takes actions in the systems behind them rather than answering from a knowledge base alone. It is built and sold by Zooid Tech Inc., a San Francisco company founded in 2024, and it is aimed at support teams working high-volume, repetitive queues. Human reviewers sit behind the AI and pick up low-confidence conversations, which is the shape the vendor leads with rather than unsupervised automation. Integration depth is the platform's strongest published claim. The vendor runs a dedicated integrations directory and counts thirty-two connections on it, against a homepage that advertises 40-plus tools, spanning helpdesks, commerce platforms, CRM, storage, collaboration and voice carriers, with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Twilio, Amazon Connect and Zapier all named on it. The vendor describes its agent as holding write access across helpdesks, commerce platforms, CRMs and billing systems rather than read-only lookups, and Enterprise adds custom API integrations. There is no MCP server and no MCP client. Pricing is published in full in both billing states. Starter is free forever. Pro is $22.50 per month on annual billing and $25 month to month, Business is $162 per month on annual billing and $180 month to month, all in US dollars, and Enterprise is sold on a quote. Each paid plan carries a monthly credit allowance the buyer picks from a dropdown on the plan card, and Pro opens at 500 credits, which the vendor equates to roughly 67 chats a month. The entry price does not buy human agent seats, which are a separate add-on at $19, $49 and $89 per seat per month by tier. It does not buy single sign-on, role-based access control, audit logs, custom data retention or bring-your-own-LLM, all of which sit on Enterprise. Extra credits are sold in bundles of 1,000, a custom domain is a further monthly add-on, and so is removing the Robylon branding from the widget. When a plan's credit allowance is used up, AI replies pause until credits are topped up while the human inbox keeps working. Teams already running a helpdesk who want an AI layer inside it rather than a second platform should look at eesel AI, which works within an existing helpdesk and bills per ticket handled. Teams that would rather be billed per resolved conversation than against a monthly credit allowance should look at Intercom Fin. Teams that need an official MCP server today should look at Wati, which publishes one. Current state Q3 2026: the trust portal publishes SOC 2 as compliant with a SOC 2 Type 2 report held behind an access request, and GDPR, CPRA and HIPAA as compliant on the vendor's own attestation. The documented model set is multi-model, comparing Gemini 2.5 Flash, Gemini 2.5 Pro, GPT, Claude and DeepSeek, with a model selector, an LLM fallback and bring-your-own-LLM on Enterprise. Forty-nine languages are enumerated in the vendor's documentation. Deployment is published at three to seven days. Autonomous resolution is quoted at three different figures across the vendor's own surfaces, and the privacy policy states that collected information is used to improve and train the underlying models.

Pros & Limitations

Editorial assessment

Pros

  • Publishes a full self-serve price ladder in both billing states, including a free forever plan and a per-plan credit allowance, with each add-on priced item by item.
  • Thirty-two named integrations on a dedicated directory page, spanning helpdesks, commerce, CRM, storage and voice carriers, with write access rather than read-only lookups.
  • Forty-nine supported languages enumerated by the vendor, and a public trust portal listing SOC 2, GDPR, CPRA and HIPAA as compliant alongside a SOC 2 Type 2 report.

Limitations

  • No MCP server and no MCP client, confirmed across the documentation corpus, both sitemaps and a DNS check, so agent-to-agent tooling is not available today.
  • Autonomous resolution is quoted at 60-80% for email, 70-80% when connected to systems of record and up to 90% on the G2 profile, so the figure depends on channel and setup.
  • AI replies pause when a plan's credit allowance is used up until credits are topped up, and the human agent inbox is a separately priced add-on from $19 per seat per month.
