Teams needing documented autonomous resolution rates should compare Intercom Fin at $0.99 per resolution or Zendesk AI, both of which publish resolution outcomes that Cohere does not. For self-serve API access the developer tier is separate from the enterprise platform. Current state Q2 2026: Cohere has expanded its product suite with Transcribe (speech recognition) and North Mini Code (developer coding model) since the previous audit. Command API pricing has been updated with current-generation rates at $1.00/$2.00 per million tokens, significantly lower than legacy Command R+ pricing. The G2 seller page remains unclaimed with zero published reviews across all product profiles, which is structural for a sales-led enterprise vendor rather than a signal of weak adoption. The original Coral product name has been fully retired; the current product suite is North, Compass, Command, Transcribe, and Model Vault. Security certifications confirmed on the trust center include SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA.
