Its AI agent answers first from the business knowledge base and live order context, drafts replies for a human to review, or sends under guarded automation, and it runs the same three modes across every connected channel. Refunds, compensation and price changes always route to a person before they move, and the vendor describes every AI step as reversible. Channel and platform coverage is the product's center of gravity. The vendor's own channel page names web chat and email alongside WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, LINE, Zalo OA, YouTube, TikTok and WeChat. That is a wider Asian and Southeast Asian footprint than most Western helpdesks carry natively. Store integrations cover Shopify, SHOPLINE, Shoplazza, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and WordPress, supporting order lookup, cart-recovery outreach and shipping-status answers without an agent leaving the inbox. There is no Model Context Protocol server. An API host is live, but the vendor publishes no developer documentation for it, so programmatic extension is not something a buyer can plan around today. Pricing is public, monthly and metered on AI credits rather than seats, and there is no annual ladder. Free is $0 and carries unlimited agents, channels, conversations and messages with 1,000 AI credits a month and full product features. Starter is $20 per month for 10,000 credits, Pro is $200 per month for 100,000, and Enterprise is quoted for unlimited credits. All figures are USD, stated as such in the vendor's own pricing FAQ. No credit card is required to start on Free. What the free tier does not buy is white-label branding, which begins at Starter and is the only feature difference between Free and the paid tiers. Everything above Free is otherwise a credit allowance. Because the tiers meter AI credits rather than seats, cost scales with AI reception volume rather than headcount, and a team that exhausts its allowance tops up or upgrades in the workspace rather than being charged automatically. Connecting business messaging channels such as WhatsApp still depends on the platform provider's own approval process, which sits outside YundaDesk's control. It is not the right fit for every buyer. Teams that want a mature ecommerce helpdesk with a long Shopify track record and an established review base will find Gorgias the better-evidenced choice. Teams that need to drive support from their own tooling should look at Wati, which publishes an official MCP server. Buyers with procurement requirements around audited security certifications will want an enterprise platform such as Zendesk AI, since YundaDesk publishes no certifications on any surface. The AI agent runs in three modes, from draft-only to guarded auto-send, with high-risk actions gated behind human approval.
