Vecbase is an autonomous multi-agent workspace: instead of a single chatbot, it runs a team of AI agents that share memory, files, and connected tools, each in its own secure sandbox. Agents can write and run Python, Node, and shell code, build spreadsheets, documents, slide decks, images, reports, and live websites, browse the web, run deep research with citations, and launch sub-agents to handle multi-step jobs in parallel. It is aimed at small B2B teams that want a general-purpose AI workforce they can point at real work rather than a chat assistant. Integration depth is action-oriented. Agents take real actions through OAuth connectors for Gmail, GitHub, Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, and Jira, and can be reached through Slack, Discord, Telegram, and Feishu channels. Work can run on a schedule or on persistent 24/7 machines. Models are swappable across Claude, GPT-5.5, Gemini, DeepSeek, and MiniMax, alongside Vecbase's own 1.0 Lite, 1.0, and Pro models. It does not expose an MCP server or act as an MCP client, and there is no native CRM, help desk, or deep two-way data sync, so it is a builder-and-doer surface rather than a system of record. Pricing is unusually transparent and fully self-serve in USD. There are two plans, billed per organization: Plus at $20/mo including $20 of usage credits, and Pro at $50/mo including $50 of credits, both purchased through Stripe. Vecbase publishes its exact per-model token rates, per-hour compute rates, and per-GB storage rates openly, and overage is billed at those same rates. What the entry price does not buy is unlimited use. The $20 Plus plan includes only $20 of usage credits, so once an agent has spent that allowance on model tokens, compute time, research, or storage, further work is billed on top at the published per-use rates until the next cycle or your spend limit pauses the agents. Real monthly cost therefore scales with how hard the agents work, not with the $20 headline. There is no free tier. It is not the right pick for every team. If you want mature, no-code workflow automation across thousands of apps, Make at $9/mo billed annually is more established; if you need a dedicated autonomous coding agent with a proven track record, Devin at $20/mo or Factory AI at $20/mo are more specialized. Vecbase also publishes no security certifications and its privacy policy page does not currently render, so buyers with compliance or data-training requirements should confirm those directly before adopting it. As of Q3 2026 Vecbase is a very new, actively developed product with a public changelog but negligible independent traction: no G2 profile and only a minimal Product Hunt presence. It is promising and genuinely capable, but unproven.

Pros & Limitations

Editorial assessment

Pros

  • One workspace runs a team of autonomous agents with shared memory and files, each in its own sandbox, and lets you switch freely between Claude, GPT, Gemini, and Vecbase's own models.
  • Pricing is genuinely transparent and self-serve: both paid tiers are purchasable without sales contact and the exact per-model, per-compute, and per-storage rates are published.
  • Agents take real actions through OAuth connectors like Gmail, GitHub, Slack, Notion, and Jira, and can run scheduled or 24/7 background tasks.

Limitations

  • The $20/mo Plus plan includes only $20 of usage credits, so real monthly cost scales with usage billed on top at per-use rates.
  • No published security certifications and the privacy policy page does not render, so data handling and any model-training use are undisclosed.
  • Brand-new in 2026 with negligible independent evidence: no G2 profile and only a minimal Product Hunt presence.
