Flowmingo

Flowmingo is a recruiting platform built around an AI interviewer. Candidates take a structured interview that adapts to their answers, on their own time and on any device, in more than 60 languages, and every score comes with the recording or reasoning behind it. Alongside the interview it reads and scores CVs against your criteria, runs skills, technical and role-play tests and candidate showcases, and includes a full applicant tracking system with job posting. A REST API, webhooks and an MCP server connect it to other tools and AI assistants on every plan.

Prices are in US dollars. The Free plan includes unlimited AI interviews, CV evaluation, tests and the ATS. Starter is $49 a month or $42 a month billed annually, Growth is $99 or $84, and Scale is $399 or $339, with paid plans keeping candidate videos longer and adding branding and downloads. Live conversation is billed at $0.02 a minute on every plan.

Teams comparing AI interview tools can also look at Hirevue for enterprise video interviewing and Humanly for hourly and frontline hiring. Teams that want an applicant tracking system with its own AI agent can look at Workable.
