The facts

Beamery is an enterprise AI platform for workforce transformation and talent acquisition. The platform is purpose-built for Fortune 500 and large enterprise organizations with 5,000+ employees operating across multiple business units and global markets. It integrates workforce intelligence, talent CRM, candidate engagement, career site management, and agentic AI into a unified system that sits on top of existing enterprise ATS infrastructure rather than replacing it. Beamery's positioning has evolved from talent CRM to an AI-powered workforce intelligence platform. The platform is structured around four core modules: Data Platform, Workforce Intelligence, Agentic AI, and Execution Suite. Ray, the AI sourcing assistant, uses natural language instead of Boolean strings and runs on large language models combined with Beamery's own graph learning technology. Beamery integrates with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle Talent Management Cloud (Taleo), the dominant enterprise ATS and HRIS systems, plus Greenhouse and LinkedIn. All five were verified present on the vendor's own partners directory in July 2026, and Workday and SAP each have a dedicated partner page. These integrations position Beamery as an intelligence and engagement layer above existing recruiting infrastructure, so organizations avoid replacing established ATS investments. There is no MCP server and no public developer documentation, re-verified July 2026 across the vendor site and its help center. Buyers should confirm coverage for any additional internal tools during discovery. Pricing is fully custom with no public rates. There is no pricing page, no rate in the FAQ, and G2 states that pricing is not listed by the vendor and that final cost negotiations must be conducted directly. Beamery does publish its pricing basis: solutions are priced on the number of users and the depth of feature functionality required, and most customers deploy Beamery as part of a multi-year skills-based transformation. That means the entry commitment is a multi-year enterprise agreement rather than a subscription tier, and no self-serve option exists at any level. Implementation is a multi-month program covering ATS and HRIS integration, talent data migration, AI configuration and recruiter change management. Beamery is not suited to companies under 1,000 employees. The platform is priced, scoped and designed for enterprise operations, and the workforce transformation positioning only delivers value where workforce planning decisions carry multi-million dollar consequences. Growing companies should evaluate Ashby ($270/mo billed annually), Greenhouse (custom pricing) or Lever (custom pricing) instead. Teams needing standalone hiring execution should evaluate Humanly or hireEZ ($494/mo). The long implementation also makes Beamery unsuitable for organizations with immediate hiring needs. As of Q3 2026, Beamery operates as the AI Platform For Workforce Transformation, with around 200 employees and over 1 million people hired through the platform. Named customers span regulated sectors, including Wells Fargo, AstraZeneca, Assurant, Sanford Health, Mass General Brigham, Verizon, Hilti, Jabil, Flex and Sellafield. Security posture verified July 2026: SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR and CCPA, with a CAIQ completed biennially. Beamery's AI Terms commit it to commissioning an independent third party for an annual bias audit, and its trust center is assured by Warden AI.

Pros & Limitations

Editorial assessment

Pros

  • Sits as an intelligence layer above existing enterprise ATS infrastructure, with verified Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Taleo, Greenhouse and LinkedIn integrations plus dedicated Workday and SAP partner pages, so enterprises avoid a rip-and-replace migration.
  • Workforce transformation scope covers strategic workforce planning, skills mapping and talent intelligence that hire-by-hire ATS tools do not provide, aimed at HR leadership deciding across thousands of employees.
  • The vendor's AI Terms contractually commit Beamery to commissioning an independent third party for an annual bias audit on protected characteristics, sharing the report with customers on request, and its trust center is assured by Warden AI.

Limitations

  • Fully quote-only with no public rates, no self-serve tier and no pricing page, priced on user count and feature depth as part of a typically multi-year commitment, so buyers cannot size the investment without entering a sales process.
  • Deployment is a multi-month program spanning ATS and HRIS integration, data migration, AI configuration and recruiter rollout, requiring senior sponsorship and IT resource before any value is realized.
  • Beamery's AI Terms permit it to use customer prompts, responses and log-derived learnings for artificial intelligence learning, and no opt-out mechanism is documented, though its help center states the underlying graph model was trained on public data.

Ray, the AI sourcing assistant, interprets natural-language briefs and builds candidate slates without Boolean search. The vendor's AI Terms describe agentic services customers can configure to complete and repeat tasks autonomously or semi-autonomously, and place responsibility for human oversight on the customer. Beamery publishes no autonomous-resolution percentage.
