VoiceFleet is a 24/7 AI voice receptionist built for small and local service businesses such as dental clinics, restaurants, salons, hotels, and trades. It answers inbound calls, holds natural conversations, books appointments, takes messages, answers FAQs, and escalates urgent calls to staff, so businesses stop losing revenue to missed or after-hours calls. Callers keep the existing business number, which simply forwards to VoiceFleet. VoiceFleet books directly into Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Calendly, Cal.com, and Mindbody, and product demos show bookings into Square Appointments and Open Dental for dental practices. It runs on Vapi for voice orchestration with OpenAI language models, provisions a local business phone number, and handles call forwarding, voicemail, and multilingual conversations across English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and more. Every call produces a transcript, a structured summary, and an SMS or email alert. Webhooks are available on higher plans, but there is no public API or MCP server for developer integration.
