HiAnda

HiAnda is an AI phone receptionist for New Zealand small businesses, made in Auckland. It answers calls in English, with an Australian or New Zealand accent, or in Mandarin. It answers questions from the business information it is given, quotes set prices and takes bookings, checking a connected Google Calendar and the owner's time blocks. After every call, including hang-ups, the owner gets an email summary in English or Chinese, and transcripts sit in the dashboard. Businesses keep their number and forward all calls or only missed ones. Each call runs up to seven minutes.

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST, with no setup fee or contract. Starter is NZD 79 a month for 100 minutes, Solo is NZD 149 for 300 minutes and Team is NZD 299 for 750 minutes, with the same features on each. Extra minutes cost NZD 0.39, 0.29 and 0.24 respectively. A founding offer for the first 20 businesses sets the first three months at NZD 59, 109 and 219.
