The facts

Custify is a customer success platform designed for SaaS and B2B subscription businesses. The platform provides AI-powered health scoring, lifecycle automation, churn prediction, and CSM productivity tools to retain and grow accounts at scale. Custify SRL is registered in Bucharest, Romania under trade register number J40/15961/2017, which places incorporation in 2017. The product targets mid-market SaaS teams that need more structure than spreadsheet-based customer success, and the vendor publishes no revenue band for its target segment. As of Q3 2026, Custify positions its AI agents as self-configuring. The platform ingests a team's existing processes, goals and rules to set up health scores, playbooks and workflows rather than requiring manual configuration. Core capabilities include Customer 360 unified account views, AI-powered health scoring with configurable signals, and lifecycle stage management with journey orchestration. The platform also covers playbook automation triggered by customer behavior and attributes, NPS and survey distribution, and the CustifyAI layer with churn risk scoring, AI-generated playbook recommendations and call summaries. Custify publishes no autonomy percentage and the word autonomous does not appear on its product pages. Documented scope is that AI agents update health scores, transition lifecycle stages, run playbooks, flag risks and assign follow-ups within learned rules. CSMs retain relationship management, strategic decisions and expansion conversations. Integration depth is Custify's most distinctive strength. The integration directory listed 59 native connections when counted in July 2026. CRM covers Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Close CRM, Freshworks CRM and Zendesk Sell. Support and helpdesk covers Zendesk Support, Freshdesk, Intercom, Help Scout, HappyFox, Groove, Pylon, WixAnswers and Jira Service Management. Billing covers Stripe, Chargebee, Recurly, Maxio, Xero and Younium. Warehouse and database connections cover Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, AWS Athena, Databricks, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB and MariaDB. Product analytics covers Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo and PostHog. Meeting intelligence covers Gong, Grain, tldv, Granola, Fireflies and Fathom. Survey tooling covers AskNicely and Wootric. Collaboration and email cover Slack, Microsoft Teams, Crisp, Aircall, Gmail and Outlook. Project management covers Asana, Airtable, Notion and Linear. Data pipelines cover Segment, Rudderstack, Make and Zapier. A public REST API is documented on the vendor's developer site. Verified gaps in July 2026 are no native Chorus or Clari Copilot connector and no Salesforce Service Cloud or ServiceNow helpdesk connector. Pricing is fully custom with no published tiers, re-verified in July 2026 against the pricing page, the API documentation, llms.txt and the vendor's own G2 listing. None of those surfaces carries a rate. All deployments require a quote request and direct sales engagement, and the pricing page is a contact form rather than a rate card. Annual contracts are standard. The pricing FAQ states there are no setup fees. No self-serve trial is available, so buyers cannot evaluate the product without talking to sales. Concierge onboarding targets four weeks, covering CRM integration, customer data migration, health score configuration and CSM workflow rollout. Custify is not the right fit for very early-stage SaaS teams managing fewer than 50 accounts, where the platform depth and sales-led implementation are misaligned with pre-Series A needs and Akita ($49/mo) is more appropriate. Teams requiring native in-app engagement should note that Custify integrates with Pendo for product usage data but provides no native in-app messaging, walkthroughs or digital adoption tooling. That capability requires a separate investment. Enterprise teams managing 10,000 or more accounts with complex multi-segment journey design should evaluate Gainsight Customer Success (custom pricing) or ChurnZero (custom pricing). Teams wanting a proof-of-concept path before commitment should evaluate ClientSuccess (custom pricing). As of Q3 2026 the platform holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001 and GDPR compliance, all three stated on the vendor's security page. The pricing page names only GDPR and ISO 27001, so the security page is the fuller source. No HIPAA, CCPA, ISO 42001 or FedRAMP claim appears anywhere on the site, and the CCPA reference in the AI policy is a user obligation rather than a vendor certification. Customer data is stored in German data centers. The AI policy states that no customer data is retained for training or exported to third parties, and that data processed by AI is not stored beyond the duration of the task. AI processing runs inside AWS Bedrock under Amazon's own SOC 2 attestation rather than a separate Custify attestation for that layer. Independent evidence is G2 at 4.7 from 520 reviews and Capterra at 4.9 from 122 reviews, with no Product Hunt or Trustpilot profile. There is no MCP server and no MCP client capability, re-verified in July 2026 across the product pages, the API documentation, llms.txt and the vendor's GitHub account. Custify publishes headline figures of a 67% increase in CSM productivity, eight hours saved weekly per CSM and a 98% support NPS, but attributes none of them to a named customer or study.

Pros & Limitations

Editorial assessment

Pros

  • AI agents self-configure around team knowledge: Custify ingests existing CS processes, goals, and rules to automatically set up health scores, playbooks, and workflows, reducing the manual configuration work a health-scoring rollout normally requires.
  • Warehouse-native health scoring: Custify connects directly to Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, AWS Athena and Databricks, plus raw Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB and MariaDB, so health scores can be built from warehouse-level product data without custom engineering work.
  • Explicit AI data protection policy: the published AI policy states that no customer data is retained for training or exported to third parties, and that data processed by AI is not stored beyond the duration of the task, with AI processing contained inside AWS Bedrock.

Limitations

  • No published pricing, no self-serve trial and a demo-required sales motion add procurement friction: Custify publishes no tiers or starting prices on any surface, so buyers cannot qualify budget or evaluate the product without direct sales engagement.
  • No native in-app engagement or digital adoption layer: Custify integrates with Pendo for product usage data but does not provide native in-app messaging, walkthroughs, or digital adoption tools. Teams needing in-app customer guidance require a separate investment.
  • Headline performance figures are unattributed: Custify advertises a 67% increase in CSM productivity, eight hours saved weekly per CSM and a 98% support NPS without naming a customer, study or measurement period, and one on-page figure appears inside a product mockup using a placeholder company name.
