ChatBeacon Aria AI Agent

Aria is the visitor-facing AI agent in ChatBeacon AIX, a customer service platform from SmartMax Software in Tulsa, Oklahoma that combines AI chat, live operators and handoff between the two. Aria answers customer questions around the clock and passes a conversation to a person with its context when needed, alongside Cue instant recall, Recall CRM, co-browse and video. ChatBeacon AIX runs as a cloud service, a dedicated private cloud or an on-premise install on the customer's own Windows Server and SQL Server, with real-time translation across 52+ languages, PII masking and Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on.

Prices are in US dollars. Aria packages are annual with unlimited usage on the customer's own OpenAI key, which OpenAI bills separately: Aria AI Assistant is $1,599 a year plus a $499 setup, and Aria AI Pro with Core Uplift is $2,999 a year plus $699. Cloud seats are $39 per operator a month, or $33 billed annually, on Launch and $69 or $64 on Grow, and an on-premise perpetual license starts at $1,599 for five operators.
