BarbrFlow is an AI receptionist for barbershops, salons and other appointment-based personal care businesses, built first for the Netherlands. It works on the business's own WhatsApp number through Meta's official WhatsApp Business connection, answers clients day and night, and books, reschedules and cancels appointments according to the business's services, staff, opening hours and cancellation rules. It replies in the language the client uses, and the calendar, reminders, online deposits and a waitlist are part of the product, with a web dashboard and an Android app.

Prices are in euros, excluding VAT. The standard price is EUR 149 a month per business. Pilot businesses get 60 free days from a working WhatsApp connection and, if they choose to continue in time, pay EUR 99 a month for their first 12 months. Extra staff logins are EUR 20 a month, and the business pays its own Meta WhatsApp message charges.

Businesses that run customer conversations on WhatsApp can also look at Wati. Service businesses that mainly need their phone calls answered and appointments booked can look at VoiceFleet.
