Auto-Respond is an AI lead-response and voice platform built by NZ Leads Inc. for home service businesses and the marketing agencies that run their lead generation. When a lead arrives from a connected marketplace, it sends a tailored text reply in under five seconds, then places an outbound call to qualify the prospect and book the appointment. For inbound calls it answers around the clock, handles questions from a business-specific knowledge base, generates quotes, takes notes and schedules jobs. A batch dialer can call an uploaded list of past or cold leads with a custom script. The vendor targets HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, garage door and construction operators. Ten lead channels are automated: Yelp Request a Quote, Thumbtack, Facebook Messenger, Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram DMs, Google Local Services Ads, Angi, Nextdoor, Porch and Houzz. CRM and communication connectors cover HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Monday, GoHighLevel, Workiz, Housecall Pro, SmartMoving, FieldPulse, Slack, Zapier and Telegram. There is no public API and no MCP server, re-verified August 2026 across the documentation, privacy policy and data processing addendum. Pricing is per connected source, in USD, billed monthly with no annual option and no contract. Facebook Lead Ads is $19 per month, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and Google Local Services Ads are $49 each, and Yelp and Thumbtack are $99 each. A dedicated voice number is $10 per month with a $10 one-time purchase, and voice minutes are pay-as-you-go at $1 per minute. All features are included at every source. A seven-day free trial applies only to eligible first-time customers and locations. The entry price buys one channel and text response only. Phone answering is a separate purchase, and a business running Yelp and Thumbtack together pays $198 per month before a single voice minute. Angi, Nextdoor, Porch and Houzz are automated but carry no published rate, so a buyer on those channels has to ask. There is no free tier. This is not a fit for teams that need an API, an MCP server, a published security certification or a formal review corpus. Auto-Respond holds no SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA attestation, and its security posture is documented through a data processing addendum with CCPA service-provider terms and EU and UK transfer clauses rather than an audit report. It has no profile on G2, Capterra or Product Hunt. Two things stand out at this size. The vendor publishes a methodology page stating that a number on its site is either computed from a defined internal metric or attributed to a named public study. And its terms, privacy policy and data processing addendum all carry the same commitment that customer data is not used to train a generalized AI model for unrelated customers unless the customer opts in in writing.
