B² Second Brain

B² Second Brain is an AI operating system for consultancies, agencies, founder-led firms, marketing teams and portfolio operators. It watches eleven channels, including email, calendar, Teams recordings and WhatsApp, judges what matters to each person, and drafts the next task, CRM note or timesheet line for someone to approve, edit or bin. The same brain feeds modules for governance, CRM, talent, delivery and marketing, 19 modules by the vendor's count. AI teammates are real user records with a queue and a manager, and a build agent can take a ticket through to a merged and deployed change. The B2 MCP Connector at runb2.com/mcp exposes 307 tools to AI assistants, within each agent's role.

Prices are per user a month, shown in dollars and billed monthly, and annual billing saves about 15%. Starter is $49 for up to 10 users and one AI teammate seat. Growth is $89 for up to 50 users with unlimited AI teammates under fair use. Enterprise is custom for unlimited users. Sales run through a booked demo.
