• ✓Zero-rated internal usage for Microsoft 365 Copilot customers: licensed users build and use internal agents in Microsoft 365 at no additional cost, and classic answers, generative answers, and Microsoft Graph grounding for those users do not consume Copilot Credits.
• ✓Three harnesses cover scripted to autonomous work: the GitHub Copilot harness plans multistep business processes, retries failed steps, and creates Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF files, while the standard harness keeps rule-based agents predictable. Agents reach 1,400+ connectors, MCP servers, and other agents over A2A, on a primary model of the maker's choice including Claude Sonnet 5 and GPT-5.5 Chat.
• ✓Governance inside the Microsoft stack: every new agent receives its own Microsoft Entra Agent ID, and Agent 365 adds a tenant-wide agent registry with access control and monitoring. Copilot Studio is in scope for Microsoft's SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 attestations and available in the US Government Community Cloud (GCC).

Limitations

• ⚠Pricing takes modeling: credits come as $200 monthly capacity packs, pay-as-you-go at $0.01 each, one-year prepaid commit units, or inside Microsoft 365 Copilot and E7, and each action's credit cost varies with agent type, knowledge sources, and task complexity.
• ⚠External and autonomous agents need a standalone purchase: the zero-rated Microsoft 365 Copilot path covers internal agents only. Publishing to websites, apps, or social channels, serving unlicensed users, or using the GitHub Copilot harness means buying capacity packs, pay-as-you-go, or prepaid credits.
• ⚠The GitHub Copilot harness bills from the first build step: unlike the standard harness, which starts charging after publish, it consumes Copilot Credits while an agent is created, previewed, tested, and evaluated. Capacity is enforced monthly, unused credits do not roll over, and overuse can lead to service denial.
• ⚠Agents built on older platform-managed service principals, before automatic Entra Agent ID assignment began in March 2026, cannot be migrated in place: bringing them under Agent ID governance requires recreating each agent.

Pros

Limitations

• ⚠The MCP server is in early access with an expanding tool set, and the vendor states some agent settings remain dashboard-only.
• ⚠The vendor publishes two different integration counts, 2,500+ on its integrations page and 2,000+ in its llms.txt and its own submission, and we could not establish which is current.
• ⚠Independent evidence is thin at one G2 review and seven Product Hunt reviews, with no Capterra or Trustpilot presence, and the SOC 2 Type II report is gated behind a trust center access request.
