Sigma is a warehouse-native analytics platform, and its agents are the reason it sits in this category rather than beside a dashboard tool. Sigma states the distinction itself: its agents page describes deploying AI agents to automate workflows, trigger actions in external systems and eliminate software a team has outgrown, and its own FAQ asks how this differs from a BI copilot that answers questions. Agent processing runs on warehouse compute against existing semantic models, results can be written back to the warehouse, and the Sigma MCP server is generally available for outside AI clients. Pricing reality: Sigma publishes no rate of any kind. The pricing path redirects to a contact form, and the vendor's own 31 KB machine-readable site file carries zero dollar figures. A free trial is offered. Fees are stated in US dollars in Sigma's master subscription agreement, and no contract length is published, so annual terms are recorded as an inference rather than a published fact.
