Seventh Sense is an AI email delivery optimisation system built exclusively for HubSpot and Marketo users. The product solves a single, highly specific problem: it does not write emails, manage content, or run sequences. Instead, it analyses each contact in a database individually and determines the optimal send time and frequency to maximise engagement for that specific person. The AI builds a behavioural profile for each contact based on historical open and click patterns, then staggers email delivery throughout the day to reach each recipient at their personal peak engagement window. Telepath Data, Inc. has operated Seventh Sense since 2013, making it one of the longest-running AI email optimisation tools in its niche. The product is used by B2B marketing teams running HubSpot Pro or Enterprise and Marketo Engage at companies sending high-volume email programmes to large contact databases.
