Elentaria is AI automation for commercial operations, from Elentaria, Inc., a Delaware corporation built in Amsterdam. It learns how a business runs, then handles the commercial work behind sales: customer requests, pricing and quoting, order processing, delivery coordination, invoicing and reorders. It is aimed at wholesale and distribution, manufacturing, B2B software, and consulting and agency businesses where that work is heavy and repetitive. It is not off-the-shelf software with a sign-up page: the Elentaria team sets up each deployment around the rules, terminology, approvals and existing systems of the company.

The vendor describes five stages. Acquisition qualifies inbound requests, outbound responses, RFQs and tenders. Deal-making covers requirements, pricing, quotes, proposals and terms. Transaction raises invoices and follows payments, milestones and reminders. Fulfilment coordinates the handoff across systems and records, and post-sales acts on renewal, reorder and customer-risk signals. Orders arriving by email, PDF, EDI or portal are read, checked against pricing and terms and written to the ERP with the source document attached, by API, database, import file or a person confirming. Supplier confirmations are matched against open purchase orders, and late suppliers are chased.

Standard requests and orders move forward automatically. Anything above a threshold, outside standard terms or not covered by the rules is held and handed to the responsible person with the ERP record and the document side by side, and discounts, margin exceptions, payment terms and credit decisions stay with the team. Quotes, reminders and customer updates follow the templates of the company and the language of each customer.

The product page names SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central, NetSuite, Epicor, Infor, Acumatica, Sage and QuickBooks, and other ERPs through their APIs, databases or exports, alongside Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Gmail, Excel, SharePoint, HubSpot, Salesforce, EDI and supplier and customer portals. Connections are set up per company, and the vendor presents these as the kind of systems it works with rather than a fixed catalogue. No public API or MCP server is documented.

Pricing is scoped per company on a live product demo, matched to the workflows and systems involved, with no fixed plans. The terms, last updated May 11, 2026, set a 90-day minimum engagement and bill subscriptions monthly or annually in advance, in USD. Work starts with one workflow, and the five anonymized customer stories on the vendor site report builds of one to two months.

The privacy policy, last updated May 11, 2026, states that Elentaria maintains its own scoring, ranking, routing and analysis models and may use customer content, outputs, prompts and telemetry to train, fine-tune, evaluate and improve them, aggregating or irreversibly de-identifying data, or asking for consent, before any use beyond the organisation of the customer. It sets out legal bases under GDPR and UK GDPR. No security certification is published.

Elentaria suits companies that want automation built for them across their existing ERP, inboxes and documents. Teams that want to build their own agents on a platform with an MCP server should consider Beam AI, and teams that want to build and maintain integrations themselves should consider Workato.

Current state Q4 2026: Elentaria positions itself as one system for commercial operations, with pricing scoped on a demo, a 90-day minimum engagement, a Product Hunt launch in 2026 and no independent reviews yet.

Pros & Limitations

Editorial assessment

Pros

  • ✓Covers the commercial cycle end to end, from RFQs and quotes to order entry, supplier follow-up, invoicing and reorders.
  • ✓Works with existing ERPs such as SAP, Dynamics 365, NetSuite and Sage, plus inboxes, Excel, PDFs, EDI and portals, without migration.
  • ✓Routine orders move automatically, while thresholds, exceptions and credit decisions are held for the responsible person.

Limitations

  • –No public pricing: rates are scoped on a demo, and the terms set a 90-day minimum engagement.
  • –A custom implementation by the vendor team rather than self-serve, with customer builds of one to two months.
  • –No independent reviews yet, and the customer stories are anonymized, with estimated values.
