Pros

Limitations

• ✓Runs MCP in both directions: external AI clients can reach Zoom data through Zoom's own MCP server, and Zoom AI Studio can connect outward to external MCP servers to bring internal tools onto the platform.
• ✓Custom agents are built from a short prompt and deployed in Zoom Chat with no coding, and they are included in the paid ZoomMate subscription rather than sold as a separate tier.

Limitations
