Hellomatik

Hellomatik is an AI operations platform for companies that want agents working from their own data. Its platform, HM-2, reads a company's ERP, CRM, warehouse management system and email and builds a single blueprint of the data the company holds, how each task is carried out and how each business question is analyzed, for one department or the whole organization. AI agents work on that blueprint: they answer business questions, send alerts and prepare each operation, and the company decides which operations complete automatically and which wait for an approver to accept, amend or reject. Every approval is recorded in an approval log. Hellomatik states that each company gets its own database in the EU, that access to its systems is read-only with writes by permission only, and that no model is trained on the company's data. The site is published in English and Spanish. Hellomatik does not publish prices. Engagements start with a meeting, and HM-2 is built up one decision at a time without a data migration. Companies comparing agents for operations work can also look at Beam AI, a self-learning agent platform for enterprise operations, and Workato, an enterprise integration and automation platform.
