Ez-AI is an independent AI and automation consultancy in Auckland, run by Skene Bennellick, who has twelve years of experience in AI and automation as an analyst, product manager and engineer. He designs, builds and supports custom AI for New Zealand small and medium businesses: workflow and process automation across the tools a business already runs (Xero, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Shopify, simPRO), AI assistants and company-brain search over documents and email, document and email intelligence, custom apps and client portals, and websites built for people and for AI search.

Discovery is always free, and every build is a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts. Systems run in test mode first with a person signing off anything that matters, and the client owns the code and the accounts, hosted in AWS Sydney in the client's name. Plain rules-based automation is used wherever it beats AI, and agents are reserved for the steps that need judgment.

Ez-AI's published case studies report that a law firm cut case time from 12 hours to 3 per client, with affidavit preparation down from about four hours to under one.
