Wavicle is an AI studio based in London and founded in 2025 that designs, builds and deploys AI products and automation for founders and small businesses. Its work covers three areas. AI automation means workflows and agents for customer support, document processing and data extraction. AI product development takes AI-powered products from MVP to production, including AI features for SaaS products and intelligent assistants. AI integration adds LLM capabilities and API integrations to the systems a business already runs. The studio also lists data pipelines and internal operations tools among the things it builds, and names OpenAI, Anthropic's Claude and LangChain in its stack. It states that it is not affiliated with Wavicle Data Solutions, a separate data and AI consultancy.

Engagements run in four stages: discovery, build, launch and support. A free 30-minute discovery call scopes the opportunity, the build runs with weekly demos, and the finished system is deployed to the client's own infrastructure, with the client owning the source code. Wavicle says most projects go from kickoff to a live product in four to eight weeks.

Pricing is published, fixed per project and not hourly. Sprint projects, for MVPs, proofs of concept and small AI features, cost $5,000 to $15,000 over two to four weeks and include 14 days of post-launch support. Build projects, for full AI products and complex integrations, cost $15,000 to $50,000 over four to eight weeks and include 30 days of support plus training and documentation. Enterprise work is quoted. Payment is typically 50 percent upfront and 50 percent on delivery, monthly maintenance packages start at $1,000, and advisory retainers for existing clients start at $2,000 a month for four hours. Third-party costs such as hosting and API fees are paid by the client directly.
