Veralu NZ Ltd is an Auckland-based AI automation and business analysis consultancy serving New Zealand businesses. It works on repetitive, rules-based processes such as enquiry handling, document intake, copying data between systems and operational reporting, and builds controlled automation around the tools a team already uses.

The approach starts with business analysis rather than technology selection. Veralu NZ maps the current workflow, documents the triggers, owners, systems, decisions and exceptions, agrees a baseline for time, errors or response, and then builds the smallest useful pilot. Integrations use documented APIs where available, workflow automation platforms where they reduce delivery effort, and validated file exchanges where no API exists.
