Slash Digital Lab is a digital innovation lab headquartered in Bogotá, Colombia, with offices in Paris and Madrid. Founded in 2023, it combines strategy, design and engineering under one roof and describes its core sectors as luxury, retail and entertainment. Clients named on its site include Cartier, Chanel, L'Oréal, JCDecaux and Planet Fitness Mexico.

Its AI and innovation practice applies generative AI and intelligent agents to client operations, from chatbots that sell to documentation that writes itself. Published AI work includes Auto Fiche, a PrestaShop module for the board game retailer Les Gentlemen du Jeu that researches each title through an OpenAI pipeline with web search and publishes a finished product sheet, and a generative AI layer for the Paperslate e-ink notebook that converts handwriting, formulas and diagrams to Word or PDF. The firm also builds generative AI brand experiences for campaigns and events, such as selfie-to-avatar activations for L'Oréal.

On the workflow side, the firm replaces paper processes and licensed software with systems the client owns. For JCDecaux Mexico it built Paperless, which moves purchasing, inventory, work orders, advances and refunds onto an internal platform with single sign-on and approvals, plus a companion asset manager for tagged inventory and signed assignments. For Planet Fitness Mexico it replaced ServiceDesk with its own multi-area ticketing, and for the Australian law firm Rose Legal it replaced Smokeball with a full practice management system.
