Q2BSTUDIO is a Spanish software engineering and artificial intelligence firm, founded in 2008, with offices in Barcelona and Madrid. It builds AI agents that query a client's systems, use defined tools and complete tasks with human review on sensitive decisions, along with chatbots for web, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and voice, AI document processing and AI-assisted integration of ERP, CRM and legacy systems.

Much of its AI work runs in the Microsoft ecosystem: agents built with Copilot Studio, connected to Teams and to Outlook, SharePoint and Office 365 data through the Microsoft Graph API, and deployed on private Azure environments for clients with strict security requirements. It also works with AWS AI services and sets up on-premises language models where a client needs full control of its data. Engagements cover consulting, development, deployment, monitoring and ongoing improvement.

AI is one line of a broader software practice. The firm also builds custom web and mobile applications, CRMs and SaaS platforms, and offers cloud, cybersecurity, business intelligence and training services. It holds Spain's National Security Framework (ENS) certification at the medium category and is a certified Microsoft partner. Its portfolio shows 91 projects, including work for AXA Assistance, Wallbox and Dimsport, and it delivers remotely across Spain, Europe, Latin America and the US.
