Exelab is a systems and AI integrator founded in Rome in 2017. It designs, connects and runs enterprise platforms for large customer-facing organizations, from CRM and contact centers to data and AI agents. Exelab works mainly with enterprises with revenues above EUR 100 million, across financial services, insurance, healthcare, retail, technology, sport and real estate. Delivery runs on EVE (Exelab Value Engine), the firm's own framework. Every project starts from clear objectives and a measured baseline, progress is monitored in real time, and each phase produces a working, verifiable deliverable that the client sees before go-live.

HubSpot is the CRM backbone of Exelab's work. The firm became a HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner on January 30, 2026, after progressing through Platinum and Diamond. Exelab states that it is the third Elite partner in Italy and the only one there to have grown organically. It has built 12 apps on the HubSpot Marketplace and uses Breeze AI for automation, lead scoring, content generation and sentiment analysis. Twilio is its communication layer for contact centers, virtual agents, and voice and messaging inside the CRM. Exelab is Italy's only Twilio Gold Partner, one of about 70 worldwide, and sits on Twilio's EMEA Partner Advisory Board for 2026. It is also an AWS Partner, and its wider practice covers software engineering, automation and DevOps, data governance, and security and infrastructure.

Exelab's own AI layer is Polyant, an open-source platform for building teams of AI agents, released under the AGPLv3 license in 2026 and built on TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js and PostgreSQL with pgvector. Polyant works with Anthropic, OpenAI and open-weight models. The 2024 acquisition of The Client Group added data and AI expertise, and AI is part of how every Exelab project is delivered.

Exelab offers an outcome-based model that ties its compensation to the client's KPIs. Its information security management system is ISO 27001 certified, and its team works across GDPR, the EU AI Act, DORA, IVASS and MDR requirements.
