3PEAT, also written 3 Peat, is an AI consultancy that helps small and medium-sized businesses in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia put AI agents to work safely, for owners and leadership teams of businesses with roughly 20 to 200 staff. It works in a set order: an audit of what is worth automating, then infrastructure, then governance, then training. Its agent work covers customer service requests, procurement requests that collect and compare supplier quotes, accounts payable triage that matches invoices to purchase orders while a person still releases payment, and keeping trackers filled in from source systems. Every agent deployment ships with scoped access, human approval above thresholds the client sets, and training for the staff who supervise it. For a precious metals refinery it built a customer service agent and an accounts payable agent that run inside the client network.

Infrastructure work includes embedding AI in everyday jobs, advice on cloud models versus local open-source models, on-premises deployment and knowledge bases built from company documents. For a Hong Kong food manufacturer it replaced Excel macros with a production system that reads sales overnight and tells the kitchen what to make. Governance work covers acceptable use policies, accountability mapping and alignment with the Australian Privacy Act, the Hong Kong PDPO and the EU AI Act.

Training runs as half-day cohorts for leaders and staff and as an IBF-subsidized two-day course in Singapore, on tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude and Grok. The co-founders are Ryan Ching, who splits his time between Hong Kong and Melbourne, and Mark Sutter in Singapore.
